We provided these rooms for a quartet that was performing on our fall show. The reservation was handled fine, but the rooms had an odor of smoke. Our guest quartet me tioned that we should make a step up for our next guests.

Overall nice, pleasant stay. Comfortable room, good location. My only complaint is they were resurfacing the parking lot at the time which made parking a little inconvenient.

I experienced some concerns with safety during my stay, as there was a serious disturbance in the hotel halls involving law enforcement. This disrupted the stay for several surrounding rooms, making it difficult to rest. While management acknowledged the issue and apologized for the inconvenience, there was no offer of compensation or refund, possibly due to the booking being made through a third-party site.

Sorry I Don’t leave any bad reports on properties, the place was dirty, I gone within an hour the room had a bad smell I really got nauseous so I looked for a different property to stay in. The gym was in bad condition like the treadmill and the bike machine, and overall had a bad experience.

Well my PSA for the day... Booked a hotel for the night over in Cedar Rapids, IA the Baymont by Wyndham... It took 3 key cards before I could get into the room, when entering the room it smelled like urine and mold.. went back and asked for a different room, it took 2 key cards this time, I barely cracked the door open and wow, it about knocked me over with an undescribable odor. I walked out... The place needs to be closed down... I give it a minus 5 stars

It’s just a few minutes away from shopping and food, the hotel is easy to get in and out from, it has an elevator and accepts pets. The original room I had on the third floor smelled like cigarette smoke, also the carpet was wet the while room gelt damp. I was moved to a new room on the 1st floor the next day. Breakfast is sub par the waffle machine had to be filled and fixed, the milk was spoiled, the exit door I’m next to is broken you can go out but the key reader to get in doesn't work. The toilet chain broke. It’s an okay place, just a bunch of little annoyances.

A/C didn’t work. TV did not work, just said no service, try again later. Pubic hair on toilet seat. Carpets filthy. Charged $25 pet fee, but it’s not like they actually use that fee to clean. You get what you pay for. It was cheap but I would never stay again.

It smelled like cigarettes whenever I first came in. Went to my room and it was “clean” Very humid and smelled like mildew. Woke up the next morning for breakfast and there wasn’t much to eat. Didn’t have water out, so I went to the gym room and something flew in my drink From the faucet. Customer service was nice

Hotel provided breakfast options which was good and light. However, It would have been nicer to have variety of choices for breakfast such as eggs or bagels and more.
The gym or workout room needs to have working equipment to encourage customers to exercise and stay healthy.
Otherwise, customers service team seems to be polite and positive.

Let’s start with the blood stained shower curtain. Yes, blood. Lots of blood. Not just a little, or a few specks. Or perhaps the overwhelming stench of old musty carpets in the room. Or, perhaps I could start with the staff member who checked me in, literally rolled his eyes and said “What do you want?” when I had the audacity to interrupt his drawing a picture. Or,maybe I’ll start with the brown stained bed sheets. Or, maybe I’ll start with the “breakfast” which had expired yogurt.
Or, maybe the fact that the hallways look like they were last vacuumed and cleaned during the Ronald Reagan administration.

No Phone in room. Hair dryer was broke. With exposed cord. TV did. It work at first. Staff had to come and set it up. Was Unable to connect to WiFI and had not direct phone line to call for answers
