Mystery puddle on the floor, “non smoking” room wreaked of cigarettes with a matching cigarette burn in the sheet, cleaning/sweeping the floors wasn’t even attempted

Soon as I got in the room noticed about 10 roaches, needles to say, I left.

Safe and clean

After a 9 hours driving I arrive to a dirty room, the bed was made with used sheets, hair everywhere, stains on sheets pillows and the towels were very dirty. Floor was full of dead bugs and used personal items such as flosses. The bathroom sink was clogged and disgusting. The worst was the front desk lady said she couldn’t do anything. Because it was midnight already we couldn’t go to another place I want my money back!!!

Very cleane and remodeling. Good for the prices of others

This is a very good deal and highly recommend this hotel. Far enough away from city to where it is pretty quiet at night.

Clean rooms, nice service, quiet place, wal-mart near by (5 min) only bad thing for me the tv doesn’t have too much channels

First room No air conditioning and had bugs. At night was swarm with bugs outside.

The area was very sketchy and the hotel would not let my husband check in for me, there was no refund and the room it self smelled disgusting

One of the best place all inside this hotel updated,I don't know how other rooms, they give me room number 102 it was clean no dust inside. I was there last 2 weeks in Wichita falls I stay about three different place this is the best one and reasonable price. I was visiting their business purpose. I like it.

Sketchy place

The room was mostly clean, there was trash under the cushion of the chair and what looked like a coffee splatter on one spot on the wall but otherwise clean. The room was mostly updated,the bathtub was in not so great condition. The bed was superb and there was minimal noise. Only decaf coffee available, that was disappointing.

The shower was slick. The curtain was full of rust. The chair in the room was old. No water pressure from shower.

The room itself was actually very nice for the price. When I moved the chair and side table around there was crumbs under them so you can tell the housekeeping did not move anything when they cleaned. The TV that was in my room had lines down the front of it and the AC unit would run for a little while and then shut off so I couldn't get it real cold. The staff was hard to understand their English but they were very nice

Upon walking in, saw multiple roaches scatter, pillows were stained yellow, bed sheets had multiple stains, chair had a powdery substance on it. Mattress has markings of bed bugs, which would explain the 20+ mattresses sitting outside in the courtyard. One stairway was closed off with caution tape, and the other one was rusted so bad, when you stepped on some of the steps, it came away from the railing some. Left upon finding another hotel 2 miles away, sat in my car the entire time after seeing the room. Front desk told me that since it was booked through hotels.com, I had to contact them for the refund. The guy at the front desk also rushed me out and locked the door behind me and called someone. Worst hotel expirence ever. And now with the dispute about the room, they are not returning phone calls or emails to hotels.com so I am having to do a chargeback and speak to a lawyer about the safty of the location.

The only thing I didn't like was not enought working outlets and a set of stairs were not working at the time but other was available

Very Quick Check in! Much Larger Rooms than the other hotels of similar size! And cheaper than the other properties!

First stay in a motel iion a 5 day trip that doesnt have water damage on this trip so im very grateful as mold makes me sick. Im going to let you in one one thing though Im callling th e US DOJ monday morning to complain about the new law regarding service dog registration. U s A DOJ trumps state law everytime. This law will be going away very very soon. I travelled into the state unaware of the law and left papers at home. I will have this law removed within a matter of months

Just dont stay here. Unless absolutely necessary. I was treated rudely, the room was in poor co ndition and the tv didnt work. I asked for a different room, answer, no. Spare yourself the trouble of staying at this dilipated dump.

Hair all over floor, toilet, and sink. Dirty shower curtain. Slow shower drain. Gentleman at front desk very nice.

Quiet and convenient place to stay. The only issue was the smell of smoke (probably from cigarette) in the room: for a non smoking room, it was too strong.

The heat didnt work he gave me a space heater that wasnt big enough.

This place is dirty! Do not stay here. The shower had mold, the bed-covering was so dirty that I prefered to sleep uncovered. The entire place was just filthy. I have never stayed at a dirtier place. I understand that it is inexpensive, but theres no excuse for the level of uncleanness in this Motel.

The room was dirty mostly the bathroom. It needs a curtain change for sure. Toilet wasn't clean. No blanket looks like a curtain to cover with. Sheets look like they were pulled from the trash. Very wrinkled an pillow cases all stained. Wont stay here no more.

There is no breakfast even thought they say they have it here! I made a trip and was low on money to see my daughter who i only get to see on weekends and i had to take her home to her moms to eat because i couldn't afford it and thats why i booked this room!
