Room was cleaned and confortable. We stayed safe overnight with an U-HAUL trailer. Also it’s a pet friendly motel.

The heating/cooling system was difficult. The food was barely edible and the coffee was truly bad. There was junk around the parking lot (e,g., disabled dumpster). The clerk was never at the desk; they always had to be called back to the desk.

The walls had holes, the linen was dirty and dingy looking, the room had a very bad smell, and the lights were dim and yellow. Did not feel like a safe area, and the door did not secure enough to feel safe.

Hotel was clean. We had no issues. They have rooms with three beds, which is great for a family of four. The only issue was the A\C didnt get that cold.

This place is a dump. Very old and in a terrible neighborhood. Our room faced a busy city street with street racers blasting by until midnight. If hadn’t missed our time to cancel I would have.
Remove this property asap.

Broken air conditioner was left near the front door. The office/check in area was quite noticeably in disarray.
The staff was courteous. The tub drain plug did not work and needed to be fixed. This was done after our 2nd night there. I spoke to them after the 1st night about the problem.

They used a carpet cleaner on our room before we got in and the carpet was still wet. Everything in the room was in working order and the staff was all extremely pleasant. Very close to the water park and Fonner park so easy to access multiple things to do. Breakfast options were very standard fare for continental breakfast. Would stay here again. Very no frills. Cheap, clean place to stay.

The fire exit/side door couldn't be opened from the inside which seems unsafe. Also the parking lot was in pretty bad shape.

The bathrooms weren’t clean. They didn’t have any soap and the outside reeked of urine and feces. No bedbugs though thank god. 4/10

The only complaint I had was at the amenities in the room shampoo, conditioner, soap were unavailable. But the room was clean and very comfortable.

The staff, when we checked in didn’t inform us that there was breakfast. The elevator was super sketchy. None of the lights were plugged in when we got in the room and our desk light didn’t work.
The upside was that the room was clean and the 3 beds in the room were perfect for our family.

Room clean, bed , microwave and mini fridge. Elevator was awful. My room overlooked a back parkinglot where a semi tractor idled for 3 days...kind of white noise- kind of not.

I don’t know for sure that it was unsafe but there were cars outside that were blasting music at 1:30 am and noisy people in the hallway.
The hotel listing said they will never charge a pet fee but I was charged for my pets.
The staff barely greeted me when I walked in the door and made no mention of breakfast or the times.
