The hotel was fine. Great location. The breakfast for not great. Not many choices and the sausage looked old and over cooked.

I stayed here with my family for a night and it was extremely ideal. I love hotels with excellent shower pressure and really good hot water (it does not matter whether it is the summer or winter months). Both their shower pressure and hot water was excellent. You can tell they are working hard to renovate the place and I would encourage them to keep going because there is more work to be done. But my experience was extremely positive. The bed was great. No noise. No smell (I am not a fan of smelly hotels). It was clean. A ton of free personal parking. Free wifi is always a plus. I came with little kids and they had youtube on the TV so we could watch pbskids live. I didn't eat breakfast but there was something for my kids to eat, which works perfectly for me. One of the elevators did not work, but the other elevator worked just fine. The building is pretty petite so we used the stairs and I got some steps in. All in all, I have no complains- a bit pricey but worth it for a family of four.

Outstanding

This place looks clean from the outside but the inside is horrible. Had to switch rooms after 30 minutes due to finding bugs in clean so called towels went to a so called cleaner room same thing dirty couldn't wait for the night to over with to check out.

I had an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff during my stay. The lady working the evening shift was particularly rude and lacked basic courtesy. I asked for four extra pillows and a towel, but she rudely denied my request and then later offered only three towels and two pillows. A courteous denial would have been understandable, but her attitude was unacceptable. It makes me wonder how she secured the job when there might be more deserving candidates who could treat customers with politeness and respect. The bathroom also had several issues. The shower pressure was inadequate, and adjusting the shower faucet was tricky; it required careful maneuvering to avoid getting scalded by boiling water. Additionally, the sliding glass door for the shower had a loose screw, causing it to jam. There was no one available immediately to fix it, so I had to manage on my own. Lastly, the breakfast options were very limited. They offered waffles, omelets, hot dogs, butter, bread, fruits, cereals, coffee, and milk. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.

Front desk clerks were very friendly and professional awnsered all my questions accordingly.

Let’s see, the hotel needs to be updated, the room smelled like pets were in it, the toilet backed up this morning! The food was horrible.

I really liked the bed

Other than the stress of a fire alarm in the AM the stay was very nice.

We like that the pool closes at 11am instead of 10am like other hotels in the area. Room clean and great breakfast buffet. We will stay again.

King bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, staff were friendly. The outside landscaping has many, many weeds.

Nice facility

It started with checkin, we were not advised that the maids are every other day. Then when we asked for more towels (6 in the room) only three towels….we were told it was a 30 minutes wait. Then, when I went down no one was at the front desk. I waited for 30 minutes, still no one. Then at 6 in the morning still no one at the front desk. When the maids did come they “accidentally” took two articles of clothing that were white. I assume they thought that they were towels. However, when you looked they were shirts. The hotel was not “clean.” Under the beds lay a lot of food that hasn’t been vacuumed, and dust in the windows and corners. The room was large and the staff especially the morning in the breakfast area were really complimenting and discussed the location. Too bad the rest of the staff wasn’t as great.

I reserved a room with a king bed and a pullout couch. I was given a room with a king bed and a chair. When I asked to get the room that I reserved I was told I had to pay an extra fee. On the second day of my trip I finally got the room that I reserved but then they booked someone else in the room and we just so happen to be in the elevator and I looked at his key so we had to get him another room. If I had not see his name on the tv and been on the elevator with him, he would have walked in on me and my kids. The hotel was very unreasonable with switching the rooms. Seeing as though I reserved a pullout and they did not want to give me another room. After 20 minutes on the phone with Hotels.com, I was finally given the room with a $20 fee. Upon check out, I noticed they charged me $50 and not the $20 we had agreed upon. The customer service was horrible, but the hotel was very clean.

I like the pool area!

It was quiet and clean. One thing I didnt like was the time it took to check in, too long. And there were some amenities out of order, ex, one of the elevator and ice machine. Otherwise was nice the stay.

Very clean inside and out

"Suite" was way subpar to other Hampton suites. One staff member was incredibly rude, even reveling in it. (Complaint filed with HQ.) Elevator broken ALL 5 days I was there. Breakfast buffet was bare minimum. No quarters for laundry. AND.... power was out for 5 hours one night (in just half the hotel, my half, or course.) The brand new staff at the desk did not know how to reset the breakers for the down floors.) Every employee at the front desk (I spoke to) was new, and the supervisor had just given notice last week and was taking a new job.

Check in, took a while because nobody was at the desk. She was busy and very friendly when she arrived. The note on the mirror said the room would be serviced every other day of our day and it was not. We had it down people working in the hallways to get new towelsand remove our trash. Really nice desk lady working on evening, helpful and very pleasant

We did a girls night with my daughters and it was great! The pool was warm, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and our room was nice and clean!
