We very much ch enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were disappointed that a free breakfast was included in our stay but it was not mentioned to us when we checked in.

Terrific location, lots of small restaurants nearby. Superb staff!!! they were so very helpful. I travel with a wheelchair, and they had to put out the ramp for me each time I wanted to come/go--and they did it with grace. Teensy balcony, but at least you could get out for a few min.

Cozy but comfortable room, light & bright with aircon and coffee/water etc. provided. Very high standard of cleanliness. Very good breakfast with lots of options and freshly cooked items to order.
Great location, close to the metro & within walking distance to the Louvre & other attractions. Even though the hotel is in the centre of Paris, off a main street, it was very quiet at night. Staff were always lovely. Would stay here again.

Very friendly staff and a lovely breakfast in a really beautiful breakfast room. Nice air conditioning in our room and a decent sized room for Europe. (We had one Queen bed.) Great location as well.

It was a great hotel, roomy for two with a small balcony to see street. Had breakfast which was nice and fresh, salad, home made cereal and eggs to order. But the best part was the attention from front desk, the Olympic marathon blocked cars and they all helped to get taxi driver to walk 6 blocks and pick me up. Really took time to rush the taxi service and obtain assistance so I don’t lose my flights. They were magnificent in check in and when I left, customer service was really impressive

Great central location within Paris, and close to multiple metro stations. Around a 15min walk to the Louvre.
Room was simple, with all the needed amenities. Sound proofing was fantastic, no street noise or noise from other rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again

Safe, clean, walkable and accessible. I enjoyed my stay at this quaint and modern hotel, where the staff is kind and helpful and where the rooms/beds are super comfortable. This hotel is close to all of the things I needed to do, so I spent most days walking from place to place! It’s super close to Galeries Lafayette and the Louvre and is conveniently close to Auber station on the RER A. It’s a quick 45min trip to Disneyland from this hotel via the train.

The room was spacious however the bathroom and shower were difficult to navigate. Elevator had room for one person and one bag only. The hotel appeared much larger in the pictures. It was actually located on a side street with plenty of construction. Didn't have hand soap for two days. Try the bigger chain hotels if possible.

Spent a few nights her with my family. We had two rooms to accommodate my husband and I as well as my 3 teenagers. The rooms were clean and quiet and the staff very nice. The location is excellent and right near everything but still quiet and on a side street. The only downside was the tiny elevators which couldn’t fit us all, but we took the stairs mostly.

My daughter lost her AirPods after we checked out so we came back hours later urgently asking if housekeeping had found it. We were very anxious as we had to leave soon to catch our train, but the hotel staff went out of their way to quickly find it and return it to me within only a few minutes. The receptionists and housekeeping were both incredibly accommodating and kindhearted - really enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel as a very traditional hotel with good breakfast. Location is ok, not too many restaurants but some coffee type places an a pizza place near by. Walking distance to the metro, 18 minutes to the Lovre, every other main attraction is far, we ended up taking many Ubers,

Room was extremely clean and pleasant — climate control was much appreciated during a very balmy week in Paris! Soft bed, soaker tub in the bathroom, and the whole location smelled so nice. Staff (day & night) were always very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located next to multiple transit stops, but on a side street so it's very quiet. Breakfast (buffet in-room) was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a charming little hotel in the best place in town: two minute walk to the Opera Garnier, Galeries Lafayette and Cafe de La Paix. Great breakfast in an ancien bar breakfast room, utterly wonderful staff. Good beds and super clean.

The rooms a spacious and comfortable - much larger than most in Paris. We had connecting rooms, so our kids had their own space. Great for families.
The staff is fantastic- very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is great - quick walk to the metro which allows you to go anywhere in the city, or you can enjoy an easy 15-20 min walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame and so much more.
Plenty of great places to eat and shop in the immediate area - I’d recommend Hôtel Etats-Unis Opéra to anyone looking to visit Paris.

The hotel is very close to the opera and about 10 minutes from the louve museum. The staffs are very helpful! Love the cafe, had breakfast there every morning, great food selection for extra 19/persom.
