This was a fantastic stay! Just minutes from Disney, this hotel had everything you wanted. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was very good each morning, and our room was clean and comfortable. We also received daily housekeeping which is hard to find nowadays. We will definitely return for a future trip.

If you’re looking for a clean, free breakfast, GREAT LOCATION inexpensive hotel with basic needs, this is your place. Great value remodeled rooms but nothing fancy. Nice inexpensive CLEAN hotel!

Excellent room awesome breakfast this is the place to stay !!!

The hotel had a bus route to and from Disneyworld parks, and other parks near the hotel. This saved on uber, or renting a car. They helped with a scooter I needed. The bus company was very helpful getting me on and off there buses

The hotel was ok. The floor in the room was swept but seems like it had never been mopped. We walked barefoot and within an hour our feet were black on the bottom the showerhead had barely no pressure. And the toilet was difficult to flush. Some of our towels had holes in them. She had to actually hold down the handle for it to flush. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was OK. The two pancake makers were broken and the other hot options were only like two options per day. Couple of times the juice machine was also out of service. So even though the price is lower, I still don’t think it’s worth it to stay here.

Galleria Palms Hotel is my go to hotel when I want to be near Disney for a race or when I have a friend in town. It is reasonably priced and in an excellent location.

Gentleman that checked us in was friendly and room was fine except for stain on bathroom ceiling (room218) and mold growing from stain. Breakfast so crowded that it was unpleasant. Coffee in room did not taste good. Decor of room with amusements park pictures was pleasant and bedding seemed fine with nice accent pillow.

Hotel is older but updated and very clean. Front desk attendant was very friendly. Very close to everything we needed and very affordable! They do not charge hundreds for a deposit. Deposit was only $1!! Definitely will stay again!

All went well at first. We were able to check in early, which is great. We booked an accessible room as my wife is disabled. The room looked clean with no funky smells. The bathroom was very accessible for the most part. Now for the bad. The vinyl floor of the room was actually filthy as evident by the black soles of the white socks I was wearing. But for us the worst part was when I went to the first desk to ask for a couple of extra pillows so my wife could elevate her legs. I was told they didn't have any. I don't know how a hotel could not have extra pillows available but that's what I was told. Going by the empty parking spaces, l'm sure there was at least one empty room they could have got a few pillows from. But apparently that was not the case. So I gave her my pillows and I did without. Now on to the bed, which I'm sure was just a piece of plywood with a sheet thrown over it. This was honestly the worst and most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever had the misfortune using. Now the area were they serve the free breakfast. It looked clean but we found bugs all over the counter were the coffee machine sit.

Galleria Palms was very clean. Conveniently located 4.5 miles from Walt Disney World in a low traffic area. The Beds were comfortable and the air conditioner works great. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Staff was extremely helpful and Courteous. Low prices. Room had refrigerator, microwave and cable TV with free Wi-Fi. Very close to lots of restaurants and drugstores. And the pool was nice and clean and they provided towels

I have been using this hotel for 15 years and have always felt it was the best bang for my buck. However, this past visit was a huge disappointment. The bathroom was disgusting- the air vent was caked in dust, there was hair (not our) stuck to the tub, and the faucets were so old they wouldn’t turn off completely. The pillows in our room were the worst hotel pillows I have ever used. They were matted and flat, like ones you buy for $5 from Target, then throw away when they reach this point. This is likely going to be my last visit to this hotel. I’d rather pay a little more for better quality.

The desk staff was not so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast choices is very limited. You can hear loud people talking from the next room Thanks.

I loved staying here!!! Property is clean. Rooms were very clean. Front desk provided great service. Galleria Palms offered a complimentary breakfast with a wide selection, and an afternoon cookie. I felt quite content before heading to the Theme parks. They also offer services to Theme Parks but I used my rental car instead which was only an estimated 10-15 minutes from their location. Easy access to many stores, gift shops, a CVS, a McDs, even a Walmart, all within walking distance as well. The 192US strip has alot of restaurant options but my favorite location was Sunset Walk/Margaritaville blvd about 10 minutes drive. So yes, Galleria Palms, to me was a perfect location. I would of loved to try their pool but I did see others enjoying it. I promise to be back. It was the best experience I've had in a long time and I hope to bring my family with me the next time.

A great location if you planing to of to the Disney parks. Not too far, and it's convenient for family with kids since it has a small fridge and microwave. Breakfast was ok. but be there early if not, you won't find a table. Front desk staff wasn't that friendly. Parking is great. A lot of places to eat around the hotel.

It was for one night. I think you should have breakfast at least till 11.

The accomodations are wonderful. The shower was impossible to turn off, yes told front desk upon checkout. The breakfast options were pitiful, in the past there was two machine that made pancakes , now they make them somewhere and put in a warming dish, the two that I got were very hard. There was a warming dish with ham and no eggs in it . It was not refilled the entire time I was eating, approximately 8:00am.

Everything was great I’m usually very picky with hotels and I have no complaints about this one.

The elevators were not working properly which made everyone wait long periods of time to get up or down. The breakfast was terrible. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and this time was a very bad experience. I will not be back.
