Easy booking process and checking in/out was quick and easy as well. The room (studio apartment) was quite big, clean and tidy, there was a decent kitchenette and had quite a large balcany area. The only downside to the roo was the bathroom was very very small and the parking was very expensive for one night was $30.

Conveniently located, comfortable and roomy aparthotel with a pool, and a cafe and eating options nearby.

Room was spacious however missing a wardrobe. Small kitchenette was a nice bonus however housekeeping let it down, disappointing to get unwashed coffee cups out of the drawer.

A wonderful experience from check in to check out. Friendly staff. Well appointed spacious room. Will definatly stay again. Only had a take away coffee fron the cafe onsite, good price and very nice. Menu looked amazing but after a big night out i couldn't really eat a breakfast.

Severe Cleanliness Issues, Appalling Guest Treatment, Potential Health Hazard (Feces on Carpet/Bed) This hotel is a health hazard and the management could not care less. Initial State: The room was clearly unclean upon arrival. Food debris, used dishes, and noticeable stains indicated a lack of basic cleaning standards. A mildew smell suggested issues with the air conditioning system which would become very evident. . A/C Failure & Damage: The air conditioning malfunctioned on two occasions, completely soaking the bed. During one incident, I lost a valuable personal item while protecting my equipment from water damage. The object appeared to have been thrown out in the wet linens. Dismissive Staff: When I reported these major problems, the front desk Manager offered no meaningful solutions. His dismissive attitude was shocking. I was told to look into the QLD Innkeeper's Act myself, that I wouldn’t be compensated for the night and that it was not the hotel's problem. Unacceptable Risk: As a molecular biologist, I was alarmed by the unsanitary conditions. I personally took swab samples and my professional analyses confirmed my concerns - the presence of a variety of harmful bacteria and fungi, including those associated with fecal matter. Constant Alarms: Smoke alarm beeped for 2.5 days before being fixed. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It poses potential health risks and demonstrates a complete disregard for guest well-being.

We made the reservation at the last minute and everything worked out perfectly. Location was great as you can walk to shopping malls and restaurants in 10-20 minutes. The staff were very w.

The Punt Hill apartments has unbelievable close proximity to the CBD Brisbane. The pool is awesome, the staff are fun and friendly. It is a word of caution though to take care at night when entering the building Re; keep keys handy as there is a public carpark next door. Other than that the rooms are lovely and the surrounding businesses Cafes, Pubs are terrific ⭐️

A lot of small issues during our stay. They were helpful in sorting these out as quuckly as possible though.

We were very happy with our stay. It was comfortable, clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Tge young lady at the desk was a pleasure to speak to.

It was a lovely property.

The property is tad older, which is especially noticeable with the slow elevator. Overall first impression is that it's clean and perfectly decent, if not overly impressive. However, the rooms are excellent. Large little studios with a proper little kitchen, sofa, large enough TV, lovely bathrooms, good spaciousness, and overall very clean, modern, and very much satisfactory. Furthermore, reception and all the other staff have been absolutely amazing and by themselves are worth adding an extra star to the review.

Everything has been pretty good, not the newest condition (they are about to renovate) but cleaningness is not an issue, water was hot and air conditioning was functioning well and quiet. Was not aware that parking needs to cost extra, and that it could be already fully booked, would prefer this to be clearly advertised in their details. We had to park at another carpark across the road, which was even cheaper than their own carpark.

Great room size for the cost. Good parking with easy access. Maybe $50 a night was a bit high but it was ok. Overall i have become a member as travel to Sydney and Melbourne and will be using if price is reasonable

We had a great stay, having the kitchenette made life much easier travelling with a 9 month old. It was clean and safe for the baby the crawl around.

The apartment living space was spacious with very comfortable bed and couch, plus the balcony. The long desk, coffee pod machine & fridge were appreciated. No clothes hanging post-renovation?

Staff were very welcoming, room was great. Their cafe down stairs is well ran with great meals and coffee. Shame their was a drug dealer living in the premises with addicts in and out of the lift and building.

The room itself was nicely presented but hid some issues. The curtains were damaged and couldn't be closed fully. Likewise the balcony door. 5th floor so locking it wasn't an issue but not being able to close it meant an extra bit of street noise. The toilet fill screached to the extent it couldn't be flushed at night withoult loosing a banshee for a full 3 minute rant. Toiletry products were pretty good. Microwave needs a service, does a good imitation of a 1970s hairdryer. These issues are pretty minor and easy to work around. All in all it's agreat place to stay.

The one small lift is very slow. No smoking on the open air balcony. ( smoker unfriendly ) Neat and tidy, nice functional kitchen space, good hot water shower.

Excellently located close to train station and city centre. A bit noisy with early morning traffic and tradesmen.

My room was not very clean and it had an awful smell. The kitchenette was very beaten up.

Kitchen was a bit small to prepare any meal. Friendly and helpful staff. But when taking my payment they didn't inform me that they would be charging me for the debit card fee. Only found this out when I checked statement at home. Its hit and miss when you stay because on Friday evening other guests had a loud and raucous all night party and I couldn't complain until reception opened at 7am that morning.

A bit average - noisy from people partying, lift tiny and slow, no spare blankets, no sharp knives, limited cutlery, confusing check-in - limited space to park so you can check-in, need clearer signage, balcony is dangerous for toddlers as the gap between railing and wall is too large, tiny bathroom and no light in the shower, staff were lovely.

Awesome staff who always made sure you were looked after in all aspects of the stay. Definitely will return

One of the Worst nights of my life!!!!! From 10pm noisey guests on my level. Then 1am the chaos started. Drugged up, drunk and extremely noisy guests on my floor went on till 5am. Smashed doors continuously and banging I was staying alone being female I was terrified. No support felt unsafe. Scared and shaken traumatised to say the least. After hours tried to assist over the phone but took 4hrs. I finally got another room on another floor at 5.30am. I’ve never in my life been so shaken. Guy banging on my door yelling for hours. Sat in reception for 2hrs waiting for security. No one should have had to feel unsafe in any surrounding, especially one I’ve paid for. Will be taking this further. I feel so sick and can’t stop shaking.
