I regret my stay at Clarion Point. The staff were friendly enough, but the hotel was very poorly kept. The hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke that they try to cover up with some kind of strong scent. There were sketchy people out front pushing shopping carts and smoking our entire stay. The stairwells had garbage piled in them and the carpets were dirty and stained. Our actual room smelled better and had clean sheets, but there was an extremely large gap at the bottom of the door, nearly two inches, that we had to cover up with towels. The carpet and walls in the room were as dirty as the rest of the building. Overall, I do not recommend staying here. I did not feel safe or comfortable during my stay. Next time I will be more diligent in selecting a hotel to avoid another terrible weekend

It was horrible! I knew I should've left right away, but I reassured myself it was only for 1 night and we were soo tired after being on the road for over 12 hours. It smelled funny right when we got into the lobby, it was dirty, the room was gross. Stained carpet, the AC smelled of human pee, the comforter had blood stains on it, the parking lot filled with homeless and drug users as soon as the sun started going down, we feared our car was going to be broken into. We were next to the stairs and kept hearing the door to outside opening and closing. We couldn't sleep because we were so sketched out, we ended up checking out before 1am. My fiance had me wait at the door with our belongings while he grabbed the car.

Staff had no customer service skills

Requested a first floor pet room, which was given. Staff was kind courteous and helpful. Carpet in room was so filthy, it left my child’s feet black.

Everyone was very friendly and there customer service skills were 💯 would definitely stay there agian.

Bed was comfortable. Hot tub and pool were appreciated after a long drive. Staff was friendly. Hotel a little run down but clean.

City needs to get rid of the homeless at night otherwise very nice stay awesome employees

Driving through Medford, needed a one night stay. The hotel was nice and clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. It was kinda hard to find but all in all, it was a nice place.

The CLARiiON was average we had to ask to have our room cleaned three times in five days they didn’t bring towels they didn’t do anything when I went to the kitchen for breakfast the lady attending the kitchen. I watched her, put her hands in the garbage and push the garbage down without any gloves and then walk over to the egg tray and take the tray out. I asked her don’t you wear gloves she said we have them, I said well you didn’t put any gloves on the next day when she saw me she did put one glove on that is disgusting. I would not give the CLARiiON an eight review may be a four. Although I would like to say that the staff was very courteous .

Checking in the person tried charging me more than had sent me a receipt. When I showed him, he started stumbling over and said that Expedia, we went to go into our room and immediately smelled like throw up. The floors were moist and wet, and when we took off, her shoes are completely turned black. And any movement would make noise went downstairs to had him to another room a lot better but were still horrible. Felt like we’re sleeping the guy next-door having a conversation on his phone. Breakfast was just stuff they could warm up in a microwave. And all around the property were homeless people.

The hotel in general was well kept. The toilet in my room kept me awake till around 3am with the water running, I did not call down as I was exhausted and finally turned the water spigot off. My room had what I can only suspect were pet urine stains in the carpet that didn’t clean out. I checked in after 11 hours on the road and was looked after promptly. I can’t say that I will stay there again as Medford was a convenient stop along the I5.

My husband and I booked one night because we were being induced at the hospital the next day. I am in a wheelchair and booked an ADA room. The guy at the desk was super awesome and check in went great. But when we got to the room we realized it was anything but accessible. We went to the desk to inquire and he found that the MANAGER had changed my reservation. I had had it booked for about 20ish days when this happened. No phone call or anything. The front desk guy was amazing and apologetic, switched us to a suite which was ADA but smelled terribly of smoke. To a pregnant woman, this was disgusting. But we didn’t want to switch again so we dealt. That room was mostly accessible except the picture of MY reservation showed a shower with a flip down seat, which I needed and both rooms we got had tubs. Super inconvenient. And the other peculiar thing is that in a wheelchair accessible room, the microwave is up top in a built in cabinet shelf. That’s ridiculous! We’ve stayed here before and had a nice experience but this was not okay and we won’t return. Stay clear, the manager does things without telling anyone 😏

We were really excited to stay at this hotel. It looked good on paper. There were several things that made our stay less enjoyable. The pool is not heated. It is very cold and inside so there is no warming up in the sun later. There were no proteins at breakfast just a sign saying they didn’t have any. The room was pretty poorly lit since a couple of the lights did not work properly and the bathroom door could not be shut all the way or locked. The staff were wonderful and the property was clean. The beds are very firm!

We were traveling and decided to stay in Medford for one night. The room we stayed in wasn’t that bad, but on our way back home we stayed another night and when I tell you the room was terrible is an understatement. The tracks on the carpet were almost black. The towels were stained with who knows what. I am mad at myself because I forgot to take pictures of the room. We just wanted to wake up and head home as soon as we could.

Great service and pretty property. Was great for us and great yard for our dogs. Would stay again!

I bought a number of grocers and put them in the refrigerator. The next day everything was frozen. This was the second time it had happened. On my last night of my stay, there was a leak in the ceiling over the toilet. I had to move everything out of my room to another one. It was very inconvenient. No offer of help.

The whole hotel is very outdated and dirty, there were transients/tweakers roaming around outside, the breakfast was awful, no proteins offered, no real butter, syrup was cold and it was a filthy area…hot tub water was green and the pool was ice cold, not heated at all and no pool towels available, water was all over the hardwood floors outside the pool area in the corridors creating a slip hazard…carpets in rooms were torn and stained bad, the tv remote was missing pieces and taped together with scotch tape, lol…loud banging noises all night and the smell of cigarette smoke kept creeping in the large gap in the door…on a positive note the bed was quite comfy and the night front desk clerk was very nice and friendly, all in all, would not stay again, I was grateful it was just one night, should’ve read the reviews first but it was a last minute trip and it had to work in a pinch
