Convenient location but no in room fridge. The safe in the room is not working and the maintenance man is not available so we had to use the spare safe in their staff office.

This is a very nice centrally located property. The staff were very friendly, the 12:00 noon checkout time convenient and the front desk was able to arrange very affordable transportation to the EZE airport.

The staff is helpful and well-intended, however, the breakfast area is tiny, and since breakfast is served up to 10 am and lots of families go to this hotel, finding a table after 09.30 is impossible without queuing for 20 minutes. Additionally, the self-service vending machines do not provide food options for vegetarians. The surroundings of the hotel are dark and bleak.

If the air conditioning system was functioning more effectively we would have been much happier. Was somewhat humid and not cool enough in the room as well as the breakfast area

The floor in our was not vacuumed well .maybe vacuum not picking up . I walked barefoot and had black specks on the white sheets from my feet .This happened two days in a row .Other than the carpet room was clean Staff at desk was extremely helpful .Morning and night staff .Palume very helpful .And the girl the night beforr we keft .

We are a family of five with kids. The staff took very good care of us. Which we needed because our luggage had been lost. The location was very convenient for buses, ferries and walking to restaurants.

Property on busy street but convenient to many areas. Walking distance to Florida St., Pacifica shopping mall, even Retiro or Port Madero, half hour walk.

Excellent location - walkable to many parks, sights, Ferry Terminal, Puerto Madero restaurants etc. Good breakfast- nice variety of fresh tasty food and drinks. Good WiFi. No English TV channels is my only negative.

An excellent hotel, the workers from the kitchen to the reception, Grabriela was incredibly friendly & helpful I left for 3 days and came back for my last day that's how happy I was

Hotel overall is very clean, nice and gentle staffs. Good breakfast, enough for those who is in traveling on business. I asked for a meeting room for a short meeting and I was prompt attended.

Esta ubicado a 3 cuadras de la oficina Argentina de la multinacional para la que trabajo. Así que para mí es muy conveniente su ubicación. Las restricciones de la pandemia no dejan que los restaurantes reciban clientes, asi que tuve que pedir comida y cenar en la habitación

This is an extremely well run hotel. The staff and manager could not have been more helpful under an unprecedented time. They were very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble.

Veronica, our front desk associate and Claudio, our doorman, were top notch! They were both most helpful during our stay making us most welcome as visitors to their city.

We had a reservation with this property for 31 Jan 20, and had arranged through the hotel for transport from the airport, AC092 14:45hours local, for an additional 3050 pesos. Due to several flight difficulties we did not arrive until, AR 305, from Miami at 0535, 1 Feb 20. Though we had kept the hotel informed of flight number and timing changes, there was no transport on arrival. It would seem that the driver could not find us, and could/would not determine that the flight was 30 minutes late. The taxi ride for the 38 Km, transfer was 1052 pesos. We arrived at the hotel at 07:00, 1 Feb 20 and decided to have a short rest, breakfast, a shower and change before going to the Cruise Port. At 10:00 hours when we tried to shower, there was no hot water. We decided to go to the ship! At 11:15 hours, 4 hours after check in, we were transported the 2.4 Km to the cruise dock at a cost of 3500 pesos. This is the worst hotel treatment I have experienced in my 55 years of travelling around the world. Disrespected, dismissed and cheated by a smiling clerk.
