This hotel was amazing! Our room was very clean, spacious and had EVERYTHING we needed!! Parking was very accessible. The pool and hot tub were never busy and was clean!! The employees were so kind and helpful!

There was a $10 plus taxes per nite charge for parking I was not told about until check in. surprise charhes ate not nice.

Deandra checked us in and she was fantastic. Professional and fun! Upon finding out it was my fiances bday, her & the entire front desk crew sang happy bday to my fiance. The fun energy, welcoming nature and personable experience was top teir. Theu magocally sent a bday basket to the room before we got there within like 5 minutes. By far, my favorite club wyndham!

was informed during check in that my reservation had been “canceled” even though it was showing as an active reservation on Orbitz and Expedia. resort did not try to accommodate me. they claim the reservation was canceled on 3/17 @ 2:38 am although there was not an email or notification of any kind confirming a cancellation. There was no refund processing, if the reservation had indeed been cancelled 2 weeks prior to me arriving and trying to check in. Check in was 3/29. Resort claimed the reservation was cancelled even after calling and confirming the reservation on 3/10, where I agreed and also confirmed a time to check in. Resort was NOT ACCOMMODATING AT ALL even though the issue was clearly on their end. Reached out to the resort on 3/30 and the representative said that they would have manager reach out and as of 4/01/24 I have not received any contact from said manager. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 0/10

I liked that the one bedroom was big. I thought the unit had a funky musty smell to it as soon as we walked in. Maybe some commercial air fresheners would help.

Spacious condo with double balconies! Great pool with tons of pool-side oversized games and a game room.

Updated resort. Quiet area but close to everything. Very nice.

Very large 1bdr with 2 bath is nice to have for longer stays. Full kitchen is a big plus for cooking options. Beach is close about 3-5 min walk. Car helpful for getting around, free easy parking is great compared to other hotels.

It is not an unforgettable place. It's pleasantly ok, and I wouldn't dissuade anyone from going. And the staff is nice.

Everything was great

I had a fly infestation and two engineers came to look at it. They treated it with a shop vac only to come back after dinner and find dozens more flies. Finally at 11 pm had to switch rooms. Hotel offered no compensation or apologies. Nothing is around this hotel. High pressure vacation club selling before you can get a room key. Not a pleasant experience

Property has good location. The staff was very nice. Easy parking. The view from the 2nd floor back wasnt impressive. The room was clean but needing a upgrade to stay competitive. Not what we are used to staying at but it was still comfortable.

This place was amazing!! I would love to come back and stay again there if we go back to this area. The staff at the hotel were so nice and pleasant the second we walk in. The property was very clean room was wonderful had very nice view on one side looking the ocean other side harbor. The beach just across the street. Enjoyed the stay so much too bad was just a 3 day gateway . Definitely would go back.

Great stay, nice place, could use a little updating! Needs to limit early AM noise for folks like me who like to sleep in!! Stop the HARD push for timeshare!!!

Our overall stay was Ok. The bathroom was kind of small and the towels weren’t soft either. Did not like the check-in procedure!

I booked for a 5 night stay and it worked out well. I have not used Expedia in a long time and so was pleased that the booking was seamless. As other reviews have mentioned, it is a timeshare but other than a 10mins sales pitch when you check in, nothing else is required. I was told I got the best condo in the place, and it was spectacular. Check in states 4pm but my room was not ready at that time. So when the property mgr texts you to ask you what time you are checking in, I recommend that you respond with a specific time to avoid waiting. The 1 bedroom suite I was in was tastefully decorated and had everything I needed, including in the kitchen. Water pressure was average but plenty of hot water in the shower. Bathrooms are dated but clean. Towels could be fluffier. Extra towels are the cabinets under the sink. Beach towels can be picked up at front desk (remember yr towel card.) Amazing wrap around balconies and stunning sunset views of intercoastal (if your room faces west). Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Staff are helpful and A in every way.

Nice place especially for families. Clean; facilities in good shape and good location. Quiet area. Would recommend.
