My husband and I love this hotel. We stay here every year. Everyone at the front desk are very very nice and friendly. They are all outstanding customer service. Nice property, very convenient to walk to the beach.

Love this hotel because of the location to shopping and dining options but FYI please do your diligence and research because there are resort fees plus a $100 deposit.

Solid stay but was baffled by a suprise 35$ service charge and when I asked the attendant about it he couldn’t explain why I was being charged, other than that it was plenty fine

It was an amazing couple of days spent there the staff were so acommodating with whatever me needed. The room was clean and relaxing definitely gonna go back.

Stayed at this particular property for a week, they do not do daily servicing although they do charge for service and resort fees DAILY. The cost to perk ratio was extremely off, not a bang for your buck. Saw lots of bugs and roaches during my stay.

Property is very outdated specially the restroom..it was such a tiny restroom, the pictures online where very misleading..this hotel is in the right place but they really do needs an upgrade.

The hotel on the outside looks so cute but the room was horrible!!! The floors were stained and smell, the walls, and Drapes had food or some sort of stains. everything was rundown and dirty. If I could give them a 0 I would. Trust me you are better off paying a little extra to have a good experience.

AC barely even makes the room cool. Showers are awful. The one front desk lady was homophobic and lied to my face upon check in. Wont be staying here again.

At my arrival, and later on for an upgrade on my room, daniel was all helpful and totally customer oriented. They always responded to our needs in a timely manner.

This property is very dated. It needs some serious updating. The air conditioner was very old and could not keep up with the heat. With that being said...room was clean and bed was clean. Just needs updating and room was warm.

Ok property for the price and location. However, be aware you may not get the room you order. I booked 2 rooms with two queen beds each. Instead, one room had a full bed and sofa bed, while the other had a full, twin and sofa bed. I DID NOT get a price adjustment.

I asked for a change in my reservation for my number of night stay within the window. The hotels.com rep stay they had to contact the hotel for approval. I got to the hotel and they told me it was hotels.com approval. Hoping I get credited back for the night I didn’t stay. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Well it was inexpensive and the staff was super nice. My biggest complaint was parking. There are a lot of rooms and only about 40 parking spots, if that. People were parking in handicap and unmarked spots because there was nothing left. And there is no parking near by so this is actually a pretty big deal, especially when parking is an extra $30 a night. The room was minimal which I expected, but the AC unit was right at the top of the bed so all night you have that in your face or you have no AC which is miserable; a no win situation. It is close to food and about .4 of a mile from the beach which is nice.

Our 6nights stayed was great house keepers is very nice and is always there to help us all we needs. But the front desk workers from day 1 to the last day not friendly at all never welcome us and they never smile all of them and not very helpful they always looks mad. i have to say hello before they will talk even if not busy ignoring us. Sorry I can not recommend and i will not come back.

No Breakfast (though online shows it does); even the staff stated that it was false advertisement about the breakfast; Small room, Bed says King size but its Not. No housekeeping available. Expensive for the price. Location is good; poor maintenance. Can get a better room for similar price or less.

The hotel was clean and 5 min walk to the beach roughly. . The only complaint i have is that the bathroom doors still dont lock and the room needs updating. I visited this room 6 years ago and the same issues i had then was still present

I've been returning customer for years and always liked this hotel. However this was probably my last time. The property went down the hill significantly and it is not worth the money anymore. Very disappointed. Mold in the bathroom, run down amenities, no breakfast anymore, restaurant closed, and people at the front desk pretty unhappy like they hate their job. All just very sad vibe.

Just off the strip, not the nicest area but w came to Hawaii to work and get in some beach time so limited time in the hotel. We would stay again for the same purposes, if we were travelling for pure leisure we might pick something with better amenities and closer to the beach

when it time to checking they were asking for a deposit before I can get everything set up that was totally unexpected for me because I dit not see that when I book the hotel and they were no water available and tough paste in the room
