This hotel is literally PERFECTION!!!

We stayed at the Covent Garden Hotel for five nights in January, 2024. This is a spectacular hotel; sumptuous accommodations, friendly, knowledgeable staff and an amazing restaurant. The staff knew us by name from our first check in and were so helpful in providing directions and suggestions. This was a great location with lots to do and see within walking distance plus easy access to the Underground. Our room was on the second floor, very quiet, comfortable and spacious. We had breakfast included and took advantage of the buffet each morning, just wonderful. We had dinner at Max Brassiere twice, amazing food, service and ambience, an excellent value. Can’t wait to return.

Loved our night here for my 50th birthday. Staff was fantastic and accommodating. We love the vibe in the bar / restaurant and the 1st floor living room area.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel was so beautiful and in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!

Location is outstanding. Excellent Service. Liked the Design in other Firmdale Hotels more - especially Soho Hotel, number 16 has a wonderful garden. Breakfast Buffet with an excellent choice of fruit, cereals and Joghurts - but nothing more; especially my son was very disappointed.

What a wonderful stay- delightful staff (every person I met was warm, competent & caring), incredibly comfortable & beautifully decorated. A true splurge but the top notch service makes it a worthy one.

Nice staff and perfect location. Big letdown though that no basic tea and coffee-making facilities - what a shame - would put us off staying again on this fact alone

Such a warm welcome! Great bed! Window with a view was worth it. It’s not a super tall building (it’s old!) but just to have a window that opens to see London’s rooftops was a pleasure. The tub is deep and large enough to fit my leg.

I’ve traveled all over and Covent Garden Hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Every little touch made it the perfect stay in London. Highly recommended for any discerning traveler with a taste for the finer things in life. - Christian Parker

The location of the Covent Garden Hotel—in the heart of Covent Garden— is excellent, with so much to do right outside of the hotel doors. The hotel is beautifully decorated—tradition but never stuffy or dated. Instead, the spaces are comfortable and inviting. Since we were traveling with other family members, we appreciated the common areas for guests, which had roaring fires in fireplaces and an honor bar. We gathered there nightly. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was the best of any hotel we’ve stayed in. We thought the breakfast was excellent too. There was a great selection of fruit, yogurts, pastries/rolls at the buffet as well as a menu with eggs in many ways, the classic full English, pancakes, vegan options, avocado toast, and more. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. We hope to return sometime soon to the Covent Garden Hotel—it’s a gem!

The Covent Garden Hotel is beautifully decorated—traditional but the decor never feels stuffy or dated. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the showers have the best water pressure of any hotel that I have stayed at. The common rooms that guest can use are comfortable and cozy. We loved the fireplaces and thought the honor bar was a great addition. Since we were traveling with other family members, we used those spaces nightly to gather together. Excellent breakfast and awesome location too!

The staff, the room, the restaurant, the drawing room were all superb. The location of the hotel could not have been better for our very special 4 day stay.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location convenient to sights, tube stations, and theatre. Excellent service, reliable and speedy wifi, clean.
