Our stay at the Wyndham Garden, Quito was great. The staff were super-helpful. Whenever we needed a taxi - they were there - and the doorman made sure we got a fair price. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The location couldn't have been better as we walked our toddler to the park each day and it's very central to everything else.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Nice location - close to a park with restaurants and a mall nearby. Most of the attractions are a short cab ride away. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The surrounding area is noisy, vut i think that's just Quito. Definitely recommend.

Comfortable double room with fridge and coffee machine. Room a good size. Staff very friendly. Buffet breakfast with plenty of variety. Hot food was sometimes only luke warm. Not enough staff to keep buffet topped up or to clean tables.( Had to ask for bowls for fruit for example). One of the lifts was being repaired nearly all day and water was not available from 12 midnight til 5am due to maintenance (which is due to continue until August.)

The hotel was fine except for no air conditioning, though the staff did bring up a swamp cooler with helped with the heat in the room. Had to keep the blackout curtains closed as it would get too hot even with the swamp cooler. They really need to add A/C. There are no ice machines, though they will deliver ice to your room. Also no food service after 11pm. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom and shower were fine.

It's conveniently located near many restaurant mall and I actually recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The food is really good and the staff Maria Jose, the hostess was very attentive and excellent. The room I stayed in was really nice with a view of the park.

The staff here at the Garden are as sweet as ripe mango, everyone is super helpful and go out of there way to make this one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a deluxe stay at an affordable price point.

This is a great hotel next to Parque Carolina. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable; the restaurant good and reasonably priced and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Oh man...what a drag this place was. The rooms don't have air-conditioning and atleayon my floor, it was excessively hot. I had to leave the window wide open at all times to make the temperature a little better. There was a screw that kept it from opening all the way. Fortunately it screwed out by hand. With the window open, though it was cooler, the street noise raged all night.
Also, at check in, I was told that breakfast was included. I had breakfast the next morning, which wasn't much, some runny scrambled eggs and fruit and coffee. At checkout I was charged $12 for a bad breakfast. I recommend not staying here. There are many more privately run hotels that are better in Quito to stay at.
