I can’t tell you how much we loved this hotel. All floors were marble, big spacious room, large bathroom with a bidet, gorgeous deck with a pool and views. Breathtaking views from breakfast room. Wonderful staff Marissa was so helpful. The fatal flaw was noise, all day and night. The sliding glass door to the balcony was like a big speaker for outside noise. Every truck, motorcycle, car, even people talking sounded like they were in the room with us. Otherwise it was fantastic.

We had a fantastic room, overlooking the sea and it was huge and spotlessly clean. I would give an overall 5 star rating, however, you had to bring your own towel for the pool, as the Hotel did not supply these. As we were only staying for 3 nights and had just hand baggage, packing a towel would not have been practical, even if we had know.

Hotel is a bit old and lonely, good location. Beds move around but are comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected with a great view. Parking next to hotel is ideal. You can get a taxi just in front of the hotel. But I don’t think I wouldn’t stay here again.

This place was great for its price!! Highly recommend it the staff is great from the front desk to the down stairs restaurant and the breakfast team. They also have a steam room, sauna and great pool. The breakfast is totally worth it as well. I would go back.

Ideal location for sightseeing Palma. Friendly staff. Our room was one of the olders ones but very clean and had everything we needed. Nice breakfast with a fab view of the city and marina

Very good hotel and in excellent location . Pool area extremely small but with lovely views . Walls very thin and woken by noisy guests returning at 2am every morning . Very good breakfast included. Great staff

I had to change rooms when I got to the hotel as the first was an unrenovated room which had blood on the mattress cover, chipped furniture and was so old fashioned, not like the photos on the website. The 2nd room I was upgraded to was fine but considering it was renovated the mattresses on both bed sagged in the middle. The staff in the hotel were lovely but were worked to death, only 1 person on in the bar/cafe to serve and make excellent cocktails. The queue at reception if you wanted anything was always so long, definitely needs a lot more staff. The cleaning staff were lovely and so efficient especially the lovely Jade who went out of her way to help me.

Had a really good stay around christmas (2023). I found staff really helpful, nothing was too big for them. Massive thank you to Pedro (Piotr) at reception who went out of his way to accomodate us after 3nights of noisy neighbours with a baby. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly book it again.

The room was really nice but there are serious road work’s going on and the Front door was smashed which gave the whole place a run down feel

Wage of money. Same sort of experience for €50 a night elsewhere. Walls are paper thin and beds are rock hard

The hotel was very nice, the staff was friendly and very customer service oriented. The only issue was that the shower head sprayed out the side as much as it did down in the shower direction. This caused a minor flood in the bathroom that we had to clean up, and then we wound up having to take baths instead of showers.

It’s stylish and efficient

This hotel couldn't have been more perfect! The location was well within easy walking distance to the major Palma attractions. My room was HUGE (got the water view room with balcony), very clean and comfortable. I was staying alone and felt safe the entire time. Truly a gem in Palma

The satisfaction of your stay will really depend on the room you are assigned. Some of the rooms face the street and are noisy. Some are renovated, some are not. The cleanliness was not good: sticky floor and many visible footprints. Water leakage from the toilet. Otherwise, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Needs double glazing soooo noisy from outside and we was on 4th floor got woke under every night

Great location and brilliant views out on the port. Only issue is the roadworks outside - all hotels along that strip are affected so can't single out the Mirador.

Overall a great stay. This selling point of this hotel are the panoramic views of the harbour from both the breakfast room and the rooftop pool area. However, there is a busy main road between the hotel and the sea. It took us about thirty minutes to walk along the harbour to get to the old town/Cathedral areas. We stayed in room 202 which had the sea view and was quite small, but very comfortable, with a nice walk in shower. The reception staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was fresh, varied and plentiful.

Hotel was very nice, clean tidy, staff were friendly, room was nice although a little dated the AC didn’t work very well, not a huge problem as still quite cool. Would also be nice to be able to turn the lights off out side the balcony.

The staff was efficient courtesy and kind. The hotel situated near the heart of Palma and the harbor. The city is working on the beachfront walk but it was not noisy or too disruptive. I had a wonderful stay in this charming town and isle.

Very clean rooms .

The hotel is beautiful and have a beautiful view of the marine . The reception was friendly, mainly Romario who tried to help us a lot. The restaurante is great. The bad side is that we could hear all noisy from the street and the cleaners inside the neighborhood room and main corridor. The sun faced our balcony and we needed to use the air conditioner which we found out with the reception that was not working due the city economy during winter and the air conditioner was only working on warm mode. It shouldn’t be like that as we pay and have the right to use the air conditioner. The balcony glass door need to be doubled to avoid outside noisy. The doubled bed was great and comfortable . However, we recommend the hotel as it’s very well located and overall service was good .
