We stayed in a holiday weekend and you'd think that might affect cleanliness/etc but not at all. It was clean, quiet and homey. We didn't end up using the pool area at all so can't really comment on that. Our room was clean, had everything we needed and the little "store" at the front desk had what we forgot. Would definitely stay again.

I will never be staying at this hotel again. Upon my arrival the idiot male working the front desk tried to dismiss me saying my reservation wasn’t until the next day. I had email confirmations and in-app confirmations showing him that the reservations was for that day. He kept trying to tell me they didn’t have it, like I didn’t drive 4 hours there and was suppose to drive back. Then after 10min, he puts me in the exact room I had reserved… the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, it had stuff left from someone else’s stay and the cleaning staff was immensely loud and disruptive during their work

We were in town for a family funeral and had about 18 people total. The seating area outside the breakfast area was perfect to accommodate us and a second group. And the people were wonderful

Very clean and comfortable stay. Breakfast was decent, typical eggs from a carton and some other items. Pillows were really flat and my bf wasnt thrilled that I needed 3 out of the 4 pillows but he sacrificed for my comfort. I'd stay here again though if I brought pillows from home.

The room was clean, the breakfast had a variety of options, parking was easy, and the staff was super friendly to us, however I did overhear someone trying to check in and the conversation was not as nice or smooth as we had experienced.

Had a pleasant stay, the pool area was amazing little kids play area with a frog slide dump barrels and water sprayes. Big pool had a volleyball net. Hot tub was huge hot which i love it. Outdoor area was beautiful Rooms were clean, amd breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again

The Hotel Staff was great! The Hot Tub was excellent!! The Continental Breakfast was great!! The King bed was very comfortable. I checked for Bed Bugs and didn’t see any!! My only complaint is the shower was never hot, so we took a barely warm shower for two days!! I love hot showers so I’m not sure if it was just the room we were staying in 4002, or if all the rooms are like this. I most likely wouldn’t stay here again for this reason but other than that the location and service was excellent!!!
