Booked a room for 4 people, No additional parking permit & wanted my son to park on st. Claiming tickets are “ only $55. Or he could park at the airport!

This is a great family friendly property so close to the beautiful beach would definitely stay again

I would recommend waiting to stay at this facility since they are currently doing construction. Even on the weekend, construction workers were working by our room which was very loud. Another problem we encountered was this place is not very ADA friendly. My mom being in a wheelchair, there was onoy 1 elevator that I was aware of, otherwise it’s stairs, also there were only 2 handicap parking spaces.

This is our second stay at this property. We would stay every year but they’re typically booked! You cannot beat the proximity to the beach. The employees are very kind, helpful and are willing to do whatever they can to make your stay better. This will forever be our first choice when visiting San Diego.

We had an amazing stay at Carlsbad Seapointe Resort. The two bedroom option made it very comfortable for our family of four. Our two kids enjoyed having their own space and bathroom, while still being close. The pools were heated just enough to take the chill off, but weren’t too hot. We had fun at the arcades, enjoyed the fire pits, and playing around the property. Service was excellent, and the sunset views were incredible from the pools.
On Sunday, they had live music and opened the adult-only pool up to everyone to enjoy a bbq, music, and the pool! They were some of the best BBQ burgers!
The walk to the beach wasn’t too far, and the quick drives to the Carlsbad Outlets and restaurants made getting around easy. We were sad to leave, but we plan on coming back!

Super place for the $$$ price. Only way it could be better is if the property itself had some food options. Also, if you’re a lite sleeper, be prepared for some train noise during the night.

Across the road from the beach. Beautiful pools on property. Spacious condo unit, bright and nicely laid out. Very comfortable.

Very nice condo off the beach. Kitchen amenities were great. The only downside was the few outdated things (loose sink faucet and shower head), thin walls, and the power outage due to construction. Otherwise, the room was spacious and felt like home.

Back side was all torn up for renovations, which was fine except for the paint smells and junk piled up. Done in 2025. The train does go by even at 1am, It’s loud. The family jacuzzi is not lit, pitch dark, and only has one red spa light. Too creepy to use. Great staff. Clean property. Resort fee upon arrival, but it includes parking, WiFi, and Hilton Grand Experiences card that’ll get you discounts around restaurants nearby.

We were only there for one night. It was good for the price. Some things dated and needing replacement. Shower head and tub faucet slightly off (needs replacing for sure). Some rust from the hold in bathroom. Loved the full kitchen and balcony. As a smoker going off property was understandable but felt a little nervous on the dark street I smoked at.

A wonderful resort across from a beautiful beach. Our family enjoyed the quiet area, beautiful views, activities on the resort and the comfortable and spacious apartment.
The Activity Coordinators had fun activities for the whole family. We would love to go back one day

The staff was very helpful, the beds were so comfortable. There was some construction going on, but it was all right and we worked around it overall it was a good experience we would stay there again.

Property nice, room was not good. Odd sized, designed space all around. Bedroom was crapped. Disappointed, not what we expected

Walls are very thin. Our room was in the first floor. We heard everything the room above us was doing. Walking, running water was very loud. Clean, close to the beach.

Upon arriving, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. They even have a list of amenities for my family and children to have fun at the beach. This has definitely become a family favorite and we will be returning.

This resort was perfect for our family! We loved all of the amenities, which made our time with kids so much easier and more fun! Having a full kitchen to cook in was so great, and we loved all the beach gear available for our use (it made a trip down to Ponto Beach so easy!). Our kids loved the mini golf, playground, and kid friendly pool. We will definitely be back when we visit Carlsbad again!

The check-in desk person could have been more friendly. The building was undergoing construction, so it was a bit rough around the edges. There is a train that comes right by the hotel semi-regularly, so I needed to turn on my phone’s white noise to avoid waking up in the middle of the night. We also got a text during check-in saying Mr. and Ms. They shouldn’t assume we are married or that we’re a straight couple. Diversity people.

We arrived to Carlsbad much earlier than expected, but that did not phase them. Hey had our room ready for us. When we got to our room, we had a bottle of wine and chocolate with a nice card from the general manager, for our anniversary. Our room was clean, tall ceilings and windows. Our room looked up the coast …. So gorgeous. I cannot wait to return.

I booked this room last minute for the weekend since I was going to Legoland and let me tell you, it was a good idea I did. The room itself was very clean, it was like a little home and the electric fireplace was perfect! The beach is walking distance too which is a plus and Legoland was only like 8mins away which was perfect. Loved everything about this hotel. I will definitely book again

We love this resort! The rooms are condo style which is very nice. The hot tub, swimming pools and game room are fun. The resort has daily activities for families and children which is a nice touch. Its right across from the beach which was easy to walk to.

We loved it. Spacious, clean and we had everything we needed in our suite. The staff was friendly and professional. Thank you for accepting us and our service dog. We will be back again.

Our stay was good. We did not have an ocean view but a view of the pool. Our room had a bad smell when we first arrived. The trash spoiled from the previous guests. We turned all fans on and opened the sliding door to get rid of the smell. Our hotel was a lot smaller than I expected too. Otherwise, we had a good time.
