The room was slightly musty when when first stepped in but cleared soon after opening the windows for a couple of mins.
Room is spacious but basic.
The service was excellent and the early check in was greatly appreciated. The free shuttle to/from airport and nearby mall is really good and on time.The front desk staff and driver extremely friendly and helpful.
Was really appreciative to be able to pack a take away bread/bagel/spread/banana breakfast pack as our check out of hotel was 4am for an early flight.

This hotel was conveniently located. We walked to the bus stop nearby to ride it downtown. Loved that they offered shuttle ride to the airport and gave great time suggestions on when to leave. The breakfast was probably the best we’ve had. Loved our stay and highly recommend.

The staff is super nice. Very friendly and helpful. Not overly nice like fake but genuinely helpful and kind. The breakfast was ok and the room was very clean.

Comfortable hotel near my workplace, airport and it has a walking path along the Green River behind the hotel.

DJ the shuttle driver was awesome and made our trip to the airport enjoyable.

Anything we needed they fixed or provided. Our room was always clean and the breakfast was a variety. The manager bent over backwards for us and he is a true asset to your company.

It would have been good if the hotel held up to the rules and values it expresses but it did not. The pool and hot tub area were abused badly as were the guests that tried to use them not included with the teen soccer team that took it over and tried to destroy it. You should check your cameras more often. Contact me if you care to know more. I will no longer be staying at this hotel in Tukwila a few times a year as I visit Western Washington for work and fun. It was my 100% go to hotel for 4 years.

It was great overall. The only downside was the way the water came out of the faucet in the vanity. Rather than a stream of water it was a circle of spray that was vey inefficient for anything, whether it was washing your face, brushing your teeth or just filling a cup with water.

We enjoyed our stay which consisted mostly of sleeping. We'd just disembarked from a week cruise to Alaska and was exhausted. Mark was kind and authorized an early check-in as we'd arrived hours early, thank you so much Mark!!! For dinner we called smokingmonkeypizza.com and had the best sandwich, the sea treasure melt! Delivery was free. Granted we were tourists just passing through but if we do again, we'll stay at the Comfort Suites Airport Tukwila Seattle

The staff was awesome. Michelle was extremely awesome. She helped us navigate Seattle. I can't say enough about her. DJ was awesome also. He helped us so much. There are no words to describe the staff. They made our stay the best. We would definitely stay there again.

If you bring your own media player, make sure it has a web browser needed to log into wifi. Also wifi would slow when browsing the web, and flat out pause for 30 seconds every hour. Aside from that, redt of the stay was perfect.

Love this place. We stay about once a year to visit the Family Fun Center next door. My family and i enjoyed the pool and breakfast bar.

Everything was great! I really appreciate that they were willing to work with us when we were dropped off with no where to go and tons of luggage four hours before check in. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly!

We stayed in a dual queen and the matresses were tired. Our neighbor was yelling about something for awhile so we had to call the front desk. The fire alarm went off one evening and we had to evacuate the building for about 30 minutes. Hot breakfast was mediocre for our 3 mornings...scrambled eggs/potatoes/sausage links, then hard-boiled eggs/potatoes/sausage links (I ate waffles instead of eggs), and finally egg patty/potatoes/sausage patty.

We wish we could give the staff here at the Comfort Suites another star or two. Over the three days we stayed here, we had personal contact with at least six different individuals, all of whom gave us their best advice. They taught us how to use the public transportation, including the monorail & even drove us to & from the nearest Link station each day that we used it. One of them even helped us book a rental car for the day we decided to travel down to Tacoma. On site breakfast was a little better than just continental but not as good as restaurant grade. Because of the staff’s services, we didn’t mind being so far from downtown Seattle. It wasn’t very walkable, tho.

Property is overpriced. Decor and interior could use a big update. It's dark inside. The breakfast was very low quality as well. It was awesome to be right next door to the fun center, and the pool was great. Probably wouldn't go back though. It's pretty expensive for low quality.

Excellent hotel and staff was very helpful and friendly, they held our luggage because our flight was early and the airport shuttle, Nick the driver was very nice and gave us awesome tips on the area, from SeaTac was great! Would highly recommend this hotel!!

1. The pool is very cold however, love the shape of it, it's great for families.

6. It's 9pm the room above ours obviously had kids running around jumping off beds (guessing). It's 10pm, maybe the kids above us will calm down (no such luck). By 10:30pm I called the front desk and it was for sure we were not the only room that called about the noise. We got a solid, we will send someone up there now. It continued until after midnight.
7. Number 6, is really all about letting you know that the walls and ceilings are paper thin.
8. In the morning went to front desk gal behind desk was searching for something so I waited, without looking up she says, "so what do you need". Least to say I was a bit surprised 😲! Good luck, I will not be staying there again.
