Somewhat expensive but very nice.

Rooms were spacious

They nickel and dime you after they give you a rate! Even the $16 parking had a service fee and tax which made it over $22 a day. No coffee served in lobby unless you paid for it. Small bag of chips with 6 chips in it was over $5 Had to pay for drinking water and booking advertised as breakfast included but it also was $18 extra! Hilton tru is down the street and much nicer for cost. Free breakfast and coffee. Also there was a shooting! We had to change rooms

Easy access and beautiful courtyard.

There was loud karaoke playing below our hotel room. But it was early and I was napping.

Location and the kids loved the pool.

Bed could be a little more comfortable.

The location was good lots in walking distance. The pool was great for the kids. Has a nice gym.

The staff were unfriendly (at least most of whom I had encounters with.) The description of the room I had selected was missing many amenities that were listed. The Jacuzzi jets did not work. The pool area, in general, was not cleaned often.

the playpen could have been cleaner… it felt “grimy” - the rest of the room was very clean.

Great location next to mall. Clean, comfortable rooms.

Lower floors more susceptible to ground floor noise levels.

The pool area was very nice, and the kids loved the warm cookies after a long drive.

The room was very dated and smelled like old carpet and dog. The slider door separating the rooms was broken, and the bed we slept in had a crater in the middle.

close to restaurants and shopping pool was open and working (we travel a lot for our kids sports and most hotels we visited this season had pools under maintenance/closed bed/blankets were actually comfortable. other hotels we have visited have thin blankets and we always need extra to get comfortable

the open lobby is a cool concept but doesn’t block any noise to the hotel rooms. guests in bar area were still pretty noisy when i was trying to get my daughter to sleep around 10pm

Staff was very friendly. They definitely go above and beyond to keep customers satisfied. Will definitely book again. Location was very convenient. South-center mall, target, banks and great restaurants right around the corner. Walking distance for sure. Breakfast recommended, Buffet style or menu option. Super clean rooms, beds were AMAZING!
