this property could not be better located for easy access to all of the beach and shopping activities of coolum. and the managers are just soo wonderful. they were so kind and friendly. making my stay very special.

Room 21 - Mr Nardella Stayed 1 week. No issue with the property or staff all great. Pool/ Spa fantastic.
However - Was refused service twice by the Greek Restaurant on two seperate nights even though they had 2 single tables available telling me they were too busy to serve me. Terrible attitude from the owners wife. Nasty person. Being a Master Builder up from Melbourne inspecting a property for a client I’m used to Lamb on Chapel a Melbourne institution. I ended up eating next door twice at Foxys and highly recommend food and service. Stay away from the Greek Restaurant. Although they advertised a free bottle of wine to all guests staying at this hotel - they wouldn’t even seat me. Terrible service and attitude towards a solo traveler. Unfortunately I Would not stay at this Hotel again due to this experience. I am a builder in Melbourne who flys all over Australia staying in hotels hired to inspect property’s for potential purchasers. Terrible experience at this Greek restaurant- # never again.

I loved the whole thing but stairs a problem with my husband who has parkinsons….staff were so accommodating and put us in a first floor apartment which helped but needs to be put into website (Ithink)

We had a fantastic staay, due to lockdown the keys were delivered in a way that required no contact in an envelope with a lovely letter, the room was beautiful and the complex was in an ideal position.
Would highly recommend the lovely spot staffed by lovely people!

Great location, staff was friendly!! Arrived after midnight easy to locate apartment keys with clear instruction. However When we arrived all balcony doors were open and apartment was filled with smoke from lower balconies which wasn’t pleasant and was difficult to sleep.
Found the fact you had to pay for toilet paper a bit odd....

Checkin was quick, and very pleasant. We were given a lovely 2 bedroom apartment as we were staying 5 nights, even though our stay included a long weekend. Close to many various and fabulous restaurants and cafes. Discount vouchers helped save a few dollars, and 3 of the 4 restaurants in the complex offer a 10% discount!

Area outside is good but simple/ old and small . For us it was good because our focus was the rooms. People around are so nice and lovely :) Thanks

Dissapointing, on arrival staff had to be called to clean the room. Sand and dirt on the ocuch. Cutlery in the drawers and pots dirty.The fumes from the restaurant in the evening would filter into the room. This could have just been the room we were allocated as we paid for a Standard. No view for this room category.

I would stay again, but I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the room.The rubbish bin was dirty with old guest food.Fridge did not work properly and kept turning off at night time- making food get hot.

The location, underground secure parking, cleanliness of room, TV access to austar movies were excellent.
Management Staff, too, were excellent 1) The sign for the Motel lit up our room. Owners MUST add blockout blinds to prevent this. Two small windows in kitchen area had no blinds and room just lit up at night. 2) Air conditioner too small for room size, and no air conditioner at all in bedroom or bathroom. As no air conditioner in bathroom, had to leave bedroom door open so the light, from the motel sign, also lit up the bedroom. Room humidity and light no good when trying to sleep. Try having a shower in high humidity and no air-con in bathroom. Also, cannot open windows for air as no insect screens on any windows.

Had a two night stay in a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Received a phone call the day before check-in from Sandy to arrange my check in time, and a follow up email with details. Very friendly and efficient service. A great hotel, especially at the price.

The accomodation was quite roomy, the facilities were all new and fresh, and the whole place was kept clean. The location in Coolum is excellent, a short stroll to the beach and a shortish drive up to Noosa. We are a family of four and we had ample space in the accomodation. Kitchen has everything you need.

We had a late check in and Sandy made it easy for us to collect our keys after office hours. The room was well supplied. Great location to restaurants, shops and the beach. The only negative was the bed. One of the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on. Also the pillows were incredibly hard.

Location very good, staff pleasant & helpful, however the apartment we had had only an enclosed balcony in the South, always shaded, with constant drips splashing from overnight rain from the balcony above. The absence of pleasant outlook from the room was disappointing. A little afternoon sun did enter the bedroom and the bathroom. Being a sun lover, however, I was disappointed. (Might be a good summer room!) The pool was warm and the jacuzzi very nice. Would only book again if I could be assured of a room with a sunny balcony and a pleasant outlook.
