GREAT location between the Guggenheim and the museo Bellas Artes. Staff super attentive, helpful, polite, multilingual. Good breakfast w/ eggs to order and very nice buffet spread. All in all, cdnt ask for more. Highly recommend.

We stayed for one night before a day of exploring Bilbao. The location was absolutely faultless, right next to the Guggenheim and gave us a great starting point to explore the city walking along the river to the old town. The check in process was very friendly and informative, and we were offered free tickets to the Guggenheim which we gratefully accepted - such a nice touch!
The room itself was clean and of a decent size, offering all of the amenities we needed for a short stay as well as very good air conditioning. My criticism would be the hardness of the bed which was not to my liking. The bathroom was also only divided by a curtain which made it less private than it could be, however we appreciated the Molton Brown products.
We opted for a breakfast at the hotel which was of a very high quality with lots of selection on the buffet table and other items such as eggs available to order. The service too was friendly and efficient.
Overall we liked this hotel and would return.

It was a wonderful experience. The room was pristine everything was impeccable with an incredible bathroom. Additional, the staff of the hotel makes you feel like at home. If we add it's location, not farther than a 5- minute walk from the Guggenheim and 25 on foot to any other tourist must seesight, makes a perfect combination.
I am going to miss the hand soap for sure and it's incredible smell.

Great hotels with fantastic friendly crew and the city privilege room with the view upon the Guggenheim museum, the river and the hill was amazing. The designs are a bit old fashioned but also nice and everything is neat. We recommend!

The website picture featured a view of the Guggenheim, so it was a shock to find that the view had a view of nothing as the window was opaque, which gave a cell-like appearance to the room. Although it was possible to open the window, it was then possible to see only another building.

Amazing hotel, our room had views of the Guggenheim and is an incredible location to see art both in the property and beyond. Brilliant welcome by the team too, they managed to check us in at 11am ahead of our reservation at 3pm, which was incredibly appreciated and valued. Lots of brilliant places to eat, drink and explore nearby.

I’m hesitant to say how great this place is so I can get a room next time I travel there! Best possible location, no car needed, helpful, friendly staff, cozy rooms, great showers. I would recommend getting a room with street view.

I loved the location of this hotel right across the street from the Guggenheim museum.
Breakfast is fabulous and the staff who work in the dining room offer very good service and provided a nice welcome each morning.
I could hear noise from other rooms at night so pack your ear plugs.

Excelente hotel right across Guggenheim Museum. The tram is right in front of the hotel to old town and Renfe train station. Friendly and helpful staff, even offered a free Guggenheim museum ticket. The only thing I’m a little disappointed is that though it’s a Expedia VIP Assess property, but they don’t offer included breakfast to gold member, so be aware!
