Servicible spot. It's outside of the city center, but is well priced. Beds are comfortable and the room was spacious.
Unfortunately it doesn't come with as many amenities and is very bare bones. We've received complimentary water bottles at all our other hotels except for here.

We booked at the last minute as needed somewhere to crash close to the Lamborghini & Ferrari museums. We stayed one night.

Two sides to this review. Hotel is tired and in need of refurb. Bathroom was filthy. Black mould round bottom of shower. Ingrained dirt on shower tray. No balcony furniture so dont pay extra for balcony as it cant be used.
On plus side, aircon worked, breakfast good and staff were friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel B&B Modena. It was few mins away to the amenities we needed. The property itself was neat, lovely and easily accessible and had a private parking for an additional €7 p/n. We booked for a quadruple room which was amazing and provided us with the comfort needed for our stay. Staff were ready to answer any queries we had & breakfast was good. There are very nice restaurants in the neighborhood offering amazing Italian food.

Pleasant and helpful receptionist. Easy free parking on site. The room was very quiet clean and comfortable, the bed very comfortable.
My only gripe was the waiting time for items to arrive at breakfast, the young waitress unfriendly and not particularly good at her job unlike everyone else.

Location & price was good & has parking onsite. The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. We even tried rotating the mattress, sleeping with heads at the end of the bed & still super lumpy & uncomfortable. Our shower was not draining & we did not get it resolved the 2 nights we were there. If your on a budget & don’t need a sofa bed in addition to the regular bed this may be an affordable option, I personally would not stay here again.

Great hotel with good selection for breakfast. Travelling with 2 teenagers, I asked for a room with 3 beds. Weary from a long day of travel and winter weather, we found ourselves in a room with just 2 beds and frankly too tired to ask for another room.
The hotel is in a great location next to plenty of choices for dinner and shopping. I would definitely return.

A very pleasant stay in very picturesque town, we visited Modena for the Ferrari museums and was very pleasantly surprised with the town of Modena too. The town certainly has the best ice cream parlour we have tasted anywhere.
The hotel is situated about 20 kins walk from the town centre but easy to find.
The hotel staff where very helpful and polite, which was fantastic.
The room was very comfortable and clean with an added bonus of English Sky Television.
Would certainly recommend a stay for the evening after visiting the Ferrari museums.

Perfect base to visit Modena. 20 mins walk or short taxi ride to the historical city centre.

Its easy to find the hotel. They call us to know if we wre arriving late. If you are travelling by car they have parking outside the hotel for free, but when we arrived it was full and they have underground parking but you have to pay 4 euros per night. We didn’t try the breakfast.

Accommodations were fine and comfortable. It was a bit out of the city, and quite loud as the walls are pretty thin, but otherwise everything was fine.

Clean modern hotel. I stayed in a single room. While this was small it was comfortable enough separate bathroom which was large.
I was travelling for work and the location was an excellent base for the university hospital of Modena wand university of medicine.

While the location was a bit out of the way (outside the downtown area), it was a quiet, local, and friendly area. The bus to downtown stopped right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were accommodating and helpful (and were able to converse in English). The room itself was spacious and had everything needed to make my holiday relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the ground floor outdoor patio area–open to everyone at all hours.

We loved this place! It was walking distance from the city but also had many stores and restaurants closer by. Luxury accommodations at an unbelievably low price. We decided to stay another night. Will be looking for this chain in the other cities we will be traveling to in the next few weeks.
