We had no issues with the cleanliness in our room. Our room was absolutely spotless along with the bathroom. The beds were super comfortable as compared to other hotels as we stay in hotels several times a year for various events and gatherings. We did have some issues at check in. Their computers evidentally crashed due to a large booking checking in ahead of us. Which is not really their fault. But we stood in line for about 15-20 minutes with a huge line of people waiting. It was State Wrestling Championships. The floor they booked us on had construction happening so it was just concrete and plywood flooring in the halls. Upon breakfast there were still 2 dirty tables from the night before. Food pieces and crumbs were all over the floor. Since breakfast had not even started it was clear someone from the night before hadnt done their job. Breakfast was a few minutes late- but fashionably late- because it was pretty good. Onsite Starbucks was a huge plus.

We had an enjoyable one night stay. We always enjoy staying here when in the area.

When I asked what was for breakfast, I was told there was one thing only to find out it wasn’t there which I was really looking forward to. The burger I ordered made me feel a tad bit sick. Staff was friendly and property clean.

The hotel was very nice and clean. However, we used the free airport shuttle for a 2 week vacation and they threatened to tow my car if I didn’t return home soon. All was fine, but it was some much added stress!

Comfortable beds

It would have been nice if they had a map to show us how to get to our room. The guy just said go to building L & park there. ? The room was great & we had a door to the patio. My granddaugther went swimming.

The only thing wrong with our stay was that we paid the extra 25 dollars for a late checkout. Our late checkout was approved and we had to leave by 1pm. At 11am housekeeping trued to come in the room and the only thing stopping them was the lock at the top of the door. At this point i went back to sleep. Then at 11:45am the phone in the room rang and the front desk person asked us why we weren't checked out yet and that housekeeping needed in the room to clean. At this point we were frustrated and explained that we have a late checkout. The lady was nice and said she would take care of it.

Comfortable beds

A little dated but a decent hotel overall. My only complaint was the walls are too thin. In the middle of the night the neighbor across the hall was talking loudly into her cell phone and it was quite loud in our room. However, I called the front desk and they seemed to handle the situation

Our favorite hotel in Springfield MO. A lovely 50’s vibe. Nice restaurant on site. It was decorated for Christmas outside with lights everywhere. Just a little disappointed that the hot tub was removed.

Room heater was not very responsive.

Overall upkeep of the building was poor. Dingy carpet, couches, fountains that could use a food cleaning. The room was nicer/cleaner than the lobby and hallways though. The restaurant was absolutely amazing!

Great hotel

Outside pool is literally falling apart. Neither pool is heated for fall season. Carpets in our rooms were nasty. The area is very unsafe!!

Beautiful place.

We had a fantastic stay!! Bed was very comfortable! Nice bathroom sink and shower. Room very clean. Staff was very friendly and informative! I highly recommend & would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! My family and I stayed overnight at this hotel because we were planning on visiting the acquarium…which we did! But, honestly, we didn’t even need it- the property itself had so many fun things to do! The ambiance was super fun and relaxing! You honestly felt like you were at a resort. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the oasis- it was the best! We will be back! The kids spent most of the time in both pools! So much to offer and we didn’t even make it to the awesome looking restaurant! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They ran out of food and i felt like these rooms are expensive already and barely any food! Smh

Had called days ahead to make sure there would be a crib available for our stay on a Friday night, assured it would be. Arrived at 9pm friday night, went to our room, and no crib. Multiple calls to the front desk later, still no crib. Went to go swim for a bit, came back, still no crib. Took housekeeping until 10:30 to bring a crib, which i had to assemble. No sheet was provided, when i asked for one, the clueless housekeeper brought a full size sheet, blanket, and pillow. For an infant... Now for the good. The breakfast was limited in variety but what they did have was great. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage patties, fried potatoes, etc. Outdoor pool was a nice temp. Indoor pool was chilly. Could tell the place was pretty dated in areas, but smelled ok and seemed to be clean in the common areas and the room. We got put in a handicap accessible room, so the shower sucked for a tall person. I think next trip Ill be looking for some place a little newer. Lots of people spilling over from the conference centers made it feel a little awkward.

The stay was absolutely amazing! It really felt like we were somewhere else besides Springfield. Only a minor complaint is that the swimming pool was a little chilly but no big deal.

The room was clean & had lots of room, much more even witb a king size bed. I had a balcony that over looked the indoor pool. I couldn't hear any noise from the pool area with my door closed. Both pools were clean & very refreshing. The best part of my room was the huge amazing shower. I also had hot water quickly & through out my entire shower. The staff were very helpful & courteous with any interactions. Very nice place!

Hotel is nice and looks to be going through some renovations. Problem with my stay had to do with weather and a power outage. When power went out, generators came on and kept HVAC and lights/electrical working but problem was that GFCI outlet near bathroom was continually "popping/cracking". Tried to trip it or reset it but was continually doing it from 3:00am until I checked out. Manager was not on duty and I asked for them to call me and never had a follow up. Disappointed in response.
