Room was facing a very loud roundabout with all-night traffic.

Room was in excellent condition. We didn’t use the restaurant, it was close to the centre. Unfortunately we received an email the day before arrival informing us there was works going on which meant the car park wasn’t available, which was one of the reasons we booked this particular hotel. There was a car park 200 yards down the road that was cheaper to park in than the one they recommended.

Never stay here. Honestly, this is the worst hotel. It was under construction, and they did not warn us beforehand, and it smelled so badly. We complained to management, and they said sorry nothing they can do. If I could give it negatives stars I would 1 is too high. They were so rude and like take it or leave it. One receptionist even rolled her eyes at me. I can't believe how disrespectful they were. The shrugged shoulders and the blow off were so unappreciated.
The area is amazing just never coming back to this shifty hotel. Also, the bad lighting in the room and basic TV only. The bathroom wad dirty too. Just an overall bad experience. 👎

This hotel is much further away from the beach. It is not bad but not as convenient as some of your other options around the same price.

The hotel lobby and exterior is under construction. It was close to the train station, quick walk but not so nice area. It was about a 10+ minute walk to old town. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Liked the large bathroom/lobby area but terrible lighting for getting ready. Weird gigantic tv between sofa area and bed so you couldn’t see tv unless on the couch. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

The staff are nice. The room is clean. The hotel is located close to the bus stop which is good for a customer with big luggages. However, it’s quite a walk to go to the center. At night, I don’t feel comfortable walking alone to/from center. It’s maybe just me.

Pros: Overall great guys on the desk and super helpful. Nice clean rooms and great location
Cons: Guests can smoke on the balconies and the smoke gets into your room through the ventilation. Also no umbrella offered for guests if raining.

The property is located at 12min walk from the center, not extremely walkable but it's easier to park, quite hqrd in the centre.
Kim was a manager on duty who helped me through when I had some troubles, thank you!
Otherwise reqular hotel, overpriced for this standard but clean and mostly ok.

We liked this hotel very much. Easy walk to the train or bus station. Easy walk to centre ville and the lake. Wonderful grocery store two doors down. It was clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. It was close to the road, but surprisingly very quiet.

A reasonably short walk from the train station, and a friendly welcome on arrival. Not fancy, but it had all we needed - and in well kept condition. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Enjoyed the quite extensive breakfast buffet.

Annecy is a beautiful place to visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. This hotel is super well located and easy to access from the train and bus stations. There are numerous nearby restaurants and shops and the city is easily walkable. The staff are friendly and helpful, and we received a free upgrade upon arrival. The spa is affordable, clean and quiet, as is the rest of the hotel. I'm travelling with a child, so it's important that the area around the hotel is safe and well suited to visiting families. I found it to be both.
Finally, it was a great breakfast with lots of choice that was well worth the extra cost. The hotel also has an easily accessible restaurant, great little workout room, convenient library and common meeting areas.

Delighted with our recent stay at Best Western International Hotel, Annecy. Friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely restaurant where we enjoyed late dinner and breakfast, and probably the best shower we have had all trip. We parked outside to unload our luggage and check in and then moved the car to the multi-storey carpark across the road for the duration of our trip. Grateful for the free night parking offer, a lovely gesture. We will definitely stay here when we return to Annecy.

This a very standard hotel and therefore did provide value for its price tag. Lots of street noise because of single glazing. Description on website very unclear as to what was included: I was told breakfast wasn’t but it was (bonus), it mentioned a free hot tub but spa facilities were additional to the price paid. No fridge in the room. It would have been helpful if staff in the introductory email could have warned me about the Fete du Lac taking place that day as I had spend 2hrs finding parking and walking to the hotel - a really bad start to this stay

The wifi didn’t work at all (not even slightly). The gym wasn’t open, and the area around this is full of people doing drugs and who seem out of their minds. We asked for housekeeping to come because we had put a request in at 10:45am for it and at 5:30pm they had not done the room — they told us there was no housekeeping anymore. Just bad service and no amenities were functioning, so the rate was way too high for what we got.

The hotel was very good. Nice rooms, great AC (it was very hot) breakfast was good, large variety and comfortable sitting area.
Excellent parking arrangements just a sross the street (the cheapest parking we paid). Nice bar in the hotel and good service
