Stayed for 2 nights in the heart of Como. Location could not be more convenient. Beautiful view of the lake from our window. Breakfast, which was included, was incredible. Property and staff were amazing. On site parking was a much appreciated feature.

During our stay we had to use a wheelchair, unfortunately there were stairs to every entrance, no ramps available also getting to the dining room entailed stairs without ramps. I have to say the reception staff were excellent as was the chambermaid

Very nice hotel right on the lakeside, staff were friendly and helpful and our room was Mormon and stylish with a lake view and lots of windows/light. Much of the lakeside promenade work is completed now so this makes the whole area in front of the hotel very attractive. Car parking was easy too just in the grounds for €24 euros overnight. Definitely recommend a stay here.

The hotel is in a superb position, only short walk to town centre and right across the road from the ferry terminal. Everything spotlessly clean. Great breakfast with a large variety of hot and cold options.
Our room had a shower over the bath which was very awkward and would not suit everyone.
Not the best welcome on checking in as I was barked at by the male receptionist and told to just sign an A4 sheet in 2 places with no explanation what it was. This was quickly recovered by another female assistant.

My family and I had an amazing stay in Como, much of it because of Palace Hotel and its amenities. The rooms were immaculate and modernized, and its central location to the docks, restaurants and the funicular made for easy outings and quick breaks back in our air-conditioned rooms. The stay was topped off with a fantastic breakfast buffet every morning complete with champagne. Highly recommend!

Lovely location. Parking was convenient but 24 euros a day. Construction on lake and giant pine trees blocked our view of Lake Como. The Garden Bar was lovely, breakfast was incredible also.
