Everything was ok. The only problem is that reception does not have a restroom. We get there around 1:30 pm . We know that check in is around 4pm. We could park and then look around a restaurant to use the restroom. We drove almost 5 hours to get to St Augustine and our first stop would definitely will be a restroom. Otherwise everything was good. We might reserve again. Thanks.

Older motel that has been renovated well. Great location. Walking distance to most tourist type places.

The room was fine, clean, small but acceptable considering the location. Price a tad high but again, in a historic district. The problem, it backs up to two nightclubs. Music blared until 1:30 am. Complained to the desk and they said they could call the police but it should stop by 1:30am. Not much they could do. The hotel was fine, bed comfortable and room clean. However I will not stay again due to its close neighbors.

Hotel is situated in the heart of old town Saint Augustine right across the beautiful Bayfront very convenient to restaurants, shops and entertainment, rooms look like they have been recently renovated very clean and nicely appointed. We had a great stay. The only thing I would caution is that it is noisy late into the night so be aware. We were told about this before hand at the from desk but we were there for a festival and got in late every night.

AC too noisy, and we can hear the TV from another room during the night. Difficult to sleep here.

Other than the crotchety older woman at the front desk, and the loud music and talking you can easily hear through walls it was a fantastic place and I’d stay again because of how conveniently located it is to all the bars and shopping that’s there.

We were able to check in early and the staff was very nice and the room was clean. Loved that it is in walking distance of just about everything. Will definitely stay there again.

Really like the convenience and it’s updated. Lobby and certain areas of the room smell faintly of mildew, otherwise clean and comfortable. Excellent location by the fort and historic district.

Location, personal, cleaning was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like is that besides being a little expensive you also have to pay parking daily. That should be a part of your hotel payment.

Need more parking which is impossible being in the area . I had parking upon arrival then left for an hour or so and came back there was not a parking spot available. Had to park in the city garage and walk in which wasn’t bad maybe 12-15 minutes. If it was raining it would of been not as tolerable

Very friendly staff and great parking staff. The location was great close to everything downtown.
The only complaint is the TV service is crappy. TV service was constantly going in and out of service. It was hard to watch anything.

It’s in the perfect location right in front of the harbor. Room was very small. But you literally can go out the room and your next to everything!!! Room were very clean and gave us exactly what we need. Check in and parking was very quick and easy!

I’ve stayed here a couple times. It’s close to the fort, and is right next to the shopping area. I live staying here and would highly recommend.

Fantastic location for restaurants within walking distance. Reception check in was great because we arrived a little early and our room was available. So friendly, professional and gave us details for discount for breakfast next door. The rooms are so clean, looks quite new too. loved the floors, no carpets, bathroom and shower great. Beds comfortable, pillows not great but do smell clean! I always bring my own pillow and covers for hotel pillows. Loved the patio to sit at opposite the bay and took a drink to watch the boats. The tables and chairs were clean and plenty available seating. Such a quaint place and will definitely return!
