Disgusting!! Bathroom full of mold and room had roaches & flys everywhere. Even though booked through Hotels com they wanted to charge $60 more!! Room smelt horrible!!

I had a horrible stay. 3 young people at the desk that act as if they did not know what they were doing. As I entered my room the hotel was filled with roaches. I tried to ignore but it was bad. The lights did not work in the bathroom. and I reported it and no one came to check or change. The hotel had dogs and childrent that were so loud that kept me from resting. The neighbors were fighting. My esperince was not good. I HAD TO USE MY CELL PHONE JUST TO GET BATH AND GET DRESSED. I FEEL I WASTED MY MONEY AND I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.

We tried to check in at 830 pm, the room was given to someone else and they had no other rooms available. I requested a refund and got the run around. No refund was given. I believe they are running a bait and switch scam. Be careful.

I saw 2 small roaches crawling out of the bathroom during my stay.

Great property to stay!

Our Expedia reservation was not recognized, even after I showed our confirmation through Expedia! The front desk man told us, "Your name is not in our system." When I reminded him of our confirmation number with payment, he simply said, "We have no rooms left." The front desk was behind a small plexi glass portal; we highly suspect the place is used as a front for something else. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies!

It was okay clean but was bitten by what seem like bedbugs.

Wanted to use this as a pitstop during a family road trip with our infant and dog. Arrived at 2:30 in the morning with many sketchy people hanging around outside. Even though we booked a non-smoking room, it reeked. It was also infested with cockroaches and saw about 6 within the first minute of arriving crawling all over the walls and floors. We tried to change rooms and received two separate keys which didn’t work. At that point, we had no choice but to try to find another hotel at that hour. When we called to try to get a refund, they thought they had hung up and we heard them mocking us. Unsurprisingly, they refuse to give us our money back. This place was disgusting, but their clear lack of care about the filth is beyond concerning. I have absolutely no clue how this place has even halfway decent reviews. Save yourself and don’t even think about stopping here.

I do not understand why Expedia would even list this property. We did not end up staying there as is was not safe. Expedia did not refund the stay and we had to backtrack 50 miles to find another hotel. At least we survived and still have our vehicle. Do not choose this hotel.

My stay was very uncomfortable due to loud noise coming from the room next door, they were fighting all night long. Place didn’t feel safe.

Room fridge leakes in floor. Bathroom vanity light did not work. Remote was missing for the tv. And window curtain was broken and we had to figure out how to fix it ourself.

Towels were stained that were in the room and light over bathroom sink did not work.

I stayed at Econo Lodge for 4days and I had quite a good time. Apart from the sink (which they most probably forgot to clean), the room was very clean when I got there with new towels, cleaned table, well-laid bed and all. The housekeeper also came in early each morning on the weekdays to check up on what I needed, but I don’t think they have housekeeping on weekends as she didn’t come on Sat and Sunday. I read a lot of reviews about safety issues for it felt quite safe to me and I didn’t notice any sign of danger. The office chair was a major problem though; it looked really old, unkept and I had no comfort sitting on it till I covered it with a towel. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and I wouldn’t mind staying there again.

The room was clean but dated. Bathroom needs updating. It lacked a coffee pot as well as cups.

Tv channel menu was a little difficult to decypher....everything else was top-notch.

Overall felt dingy

The property appeared unsafe, with several unkept men wandering around the property. It appears to be a destination for homeless and loitering with associated safety issues. The lobby was locked up and had to deal with clerk through a window. I did not feel safe having my family stay here.

I and my wife are handicapped, I asked for a 1st floor room, they put me in a 2nd floor room and furtherest from the stairs, so not only did I have to drag luggage up the steps, then I had to walk the length of the hotel. was really inconvenient

Just pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. This place was disgusting- filthy, stained towels, black mold, stained chairs, mirror hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, burn holes in the toilet seat and hair all on it. Room was marinated in nicotine ( even though there’s non smoking) and the weed smell was potent. Looked like “extended stay “ guests had their doors open with various pets roaming in and out. Family members in other rooms had same along with cockroaches

The staff was nice and the room was ok I just didn’t like the smell it smelled like the room had been shut up for days it just had this weird odor

Terrible service, unsafe area. The room was dirty, uncomfortable and noisy.

Hotel was good. I wouldnt say go for "date night" but manageable for staying a couple nights. I do think stronger bleach is needed for washing. Ok stay and near food sites. This place doesnt have breakfast due to Covid and pics are semi misleading.

I did not like the fact I did not receive my 100 dollar deposit back. The room was in horrible condition i have pictures! Burn holes in the blankets & sheets, bugs you could tell something bad happened in the room sometime prior I will never go back!

There is active construction with heavy equipment operation ongoing past midnight. Hotel staff is outside my door smoking cigarettes. I waited outside in the wind for about 15 minutes while the clerk struggled to check me in.

I didn't like every time i left and come back i would have to call and asked for a new key.

I enjoyed everything.

The room was neat looking, but when you open the door of the room and natural light comes in, the floors were full of dirt and dust! The bottom of my socks were filthy after walking in the room and relaxing. The housekeepers were lazy and very inattentive! The first morning I asked for coffee from her cart and she said they were out, then she said she would go to the office and look. I observed her talking to one of the other residence and when I opened my door to ask for a bath mat, she said the office was out of coffee. (she never went to the office!) The third day I was asked if I needed anything and we asked for replacement towels. We handed her two bath towels, one hand towel, and two wash cloths. Later when I decided to hang them up, we didn't get a hand towel back. The room was comfortable, but the lighting is poor. I was there over the weekend, so I won't get into the noise from the neighbors partying!

This place is in bad shape. Not clean not comfortable shady area and there were loud people right outside my room until 1 am. No chance id ever stay here again.

whole place was dirty! ROACHES, KILLED 6 ! remote didn't work. no chairs,burn holes in the blanket! Went to another hotel next door the next night ! would not board my dog there !!!
