Very rude staff. Room was not ready when promised (3pm). Available 1.5 hours after stated time. No hot water in the room. Did NOTHING to immediately rectify the issue. Very over priced for leas than poor from a hubris and inept staff.

From check in the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The eggs were a bit overcooked but other than that the breakfast was good. The only complaint we had was at check in I was told breakfast was from 6am-9am. Great just before heading to the expo we were attending. Saturday, day 2, the breakfast was not out. After about 20 minutes of waiting my husband went to the front desk to ask when it was going to come out. It wasn't served until 7am. We didn't have time to wait that late. I wasn't told 6-9 except weekends.

It’s a nice hotel but the my wife tried to take a bath but it wasn’t holding water so we used a cup so the water would stay in the tub. When checking out we let the lady at the desk know and she didn’t really act she cared. Overall it was still a good stay. FYI if you want turndown service you have request it if your not staying more then 3 days.

The front desk staff was excellent. They were sincere and friendly and had great recommendations for dinner options. They made this a very pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Our first room (Double Queen) we were given had a horrible smell. It took our breath away when we opened the door and knew immediately that we would not be able to stay in that room. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t have any other Double Queen rooms available, but they did offer us a King room with a pull out sofa instead. The room was spacious and thankfully, didn’t have that terrible odor that was present in the other room. However, when we pulled out the sofa bed, the sheets were dirty and crumpled. There were crumbs everywhere and hairs. It was evident the sheets hadn’t been changed. My husband went down to the front desk to request fresh sheets.
Tedi, the receptionist at the check in counter, was very kind and helpful.

However, bed was extremely uncomfortable along with very rough/itchy sheets. No ventilation in bathroom. Breakfast was free but subpar. Its definitely the type of hotel you'd expect to get for far less than what we paid.

Great hotel, great experience. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Mattress was pretty comfortable. Pool/hot tub clean and open until 10 pm so was able to swim with my daughter for awhile. Staff was top notch! Courteous, friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we come thru this way.

The pool was closed. My 9 year old was disappointed. The first room smelled horrible so we moved down by the pool. Then a man next door had the t up very loud and we couldn't sleep. The employees moved upstairs at almost midnight. I had to get us up at 5am t6o get ready for a flight. I hardly slept at all. The employees were nice, but I'll never stay there again.

Nice little hotel. We have found that LaQuinta has stepped up their game and we always try to stay in their hotels when traveling. Comfy rooms and beds. Very clean. Could have used better water pressure in the shower, but, that’s not necessarily the hotels fault. Awesome breakfast. We all enjoyed our stay.
