This hotel was very clean, staff very informative and friendly. Very cute room! Perfectly located with lots of options for eating and drinking, short walk to bus stops and short walk to Altstadt, even the train station was walkable. Breakfast was light continental. No restaurant on property, drinks provided in common area using honor system. This was plenty for us. Enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is in an excellent location and is of a good standard. The staff were very friendly and helpfull . The hotel is easy to get to from the airport using the standard service bus

It’s a great hotel, my single room was spacious and well kept. They do not offer breakfast, however the street you are on has plenty of options. No air conditioning but there is a portable fan/air con unit in the room. Close to everything, next to a church with a bell tower and a cemetery home to past dignitaries, worth a look.

Great location is biggest positive. The accommodations including the bedding, pillows, bed were old, uncomfortable and allergen prone. No AC. No blackout shades/drapes to account for busy street below. Front desk staff often missing or asked to do to many tasks like kitchen and front desk. No real breakfast. Croissants tasted as if from frozen package which rarely happens in amazing Europe/Austria. Charged for items we did not order on the "honor bar". All a bit odd and would give this place a pass next time. Salzburg was spectacular.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location, close to everything! The staff are friendly, there’s free coffee and an honesty box for other drinks.
We had a lovely 2 bed apartment, however the rooms were really hot, even in early May when it’s cooler at nights, hate to think what it’s like in the summer! The walls on the rooms could do with a paint refresh but nothing that didn’t spoil our stay!

Beautifully renovated boutique hotel located on a pedestrian street in Salzburg old town. Very convenient for all the major attractions. Our room was very large and very comfortable. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast beyond a croissant and a coffee but there are options nearby. There is no AC which wasn’t an issue for us but might be in mid summer

Absolutely lovely small Hotel close to everything.
Very friendly, very clean. Tea and coffees available all day. A small croissant for breakfast but this is fine as plenty of lovely cafes close by to enjoy breakfast.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was so quaint. Very historic building. It was close to everything. My only criticism was no air conditioning. It was next to a church that started ringing bells at 6am. Across the street was a bar/pub with outdoor seating that at times got a little loud late night.

The old building is charming and functional with no frills. It's in an excellent location though - perfect to walk around Salzburg from.

Room was large and bed was comfortable. There is no AC but a fan was placed in the room. There were no plugs near the bed so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. I only found one plug in the bedroom. There is no breakfast but they do provide croissants and coffee or tea. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Hotel is located across the river from the old town. For the price, I think better places could be found.

We loved the place. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. The lovely young womsn at the front desk even showed us to our room. The hotel was in a great location and was kitschy historical but modern at the same time. Such a fun place and I wish we could have stayed longer.

Terrible check in process. Reception only open between 8-14 (no notification of this in advance). We arrived at 19:00 and needed to call sister hotel for a key code to get our room - but sister hotel (Hotel Stein) didn’t pick up the phone the first 20 minutes we called. Rooms are okay.

Our stay was simply amazing! We had a beautiful, extremely comfortable and wonderfully furnished suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location and hotel in general were perfect. One of the nicest hotels we had the pleasure to stay in. Thank you and see you again soon!

Fantastic hotel, very charming, spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice bar/breakfast area with free coffee and tea available 24h, good to relax after a day sightseeing. Central location, easy to walk everywhere. Nice and friendly staff at check in - thank you for your help, we will be back!!

Very good rooms for a family. 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with 1 king bed and a sitting/lounge room. Would have been good to have a small fridge In room is only recommendation.

In our opinion the hotel is perfectly situated in a nice convenient location . There a plenty of shops and food selection around and it is a nice walk to anywhere in the city . We definitely would return for another visit . Although there is not parking available at the property there is a parking garage just down the road a little ways.
