This is a good location if you need to be near thr airport overnight. If you are visiting Florence for multiple days this is not a good option.

Excellent location for the airport. Sparkling clean rooms and facilities. Very helpful staff that double as great bartenders. Looking forward to staying again for our next flight out of Firenze.

Negative: small room; far away from the city center.
I would recommend staying for one night and only if you need to stay near the airport (for late or early flights).

Close proximity to the light rail and so getting into the city and the airport was very easy. Attentive staff, great buffet breakfast.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and found it to be very clean, modern and well equipped. Great "bartender" made the best Negroni I have had in years! Including my own. Overall, staff was friendly and very helpful. Just a great small size hotel at a moderate price.
We use primarily for night or 2 on arrival before going to our rent house west of Florence, and same on way out in about 30 days. Unfortunately too many good reviews as hotel was sold out on our departure so we could not book the Cosmo this time.

At first we were concerned at how far away from the main centre the hotel was, but the tram is only 5 mins walk and that is an easy way to travel to town. The hotel was great. Excellent staff, great breakfasts and we had a good room.

Nice hotel, recently renovated. Although it is not centrally located, the hotel has good connections to the public transport services, and is only 15 minutes away from the airport, and 20 minutes from the city centre.

This is a great property, however when they say that parking is FREE... they mean LIMITED... so get there and get a spot early or tough luck. Other than that, their staff was extremely helpful.

A lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Couldnt fault the breackfast. A little way out from the centre but the metro was only a 5 minute walk from hotel and easy to use. Id recomend this hotel.

Room was very clean and neat. Staff friendly and very helpful. We had an issue with our shower and they fixed promptly after we communicated to them. Great breakfast. The only down part is the location, it is a little far from the center, if you have a car you will be ok. We used public transportation though.

We didn’t have high expectations when booking an airport hotel but we only lasted an hour here. When we got to our room there was visible wear and tear, however, we were able to get past that. What we weren’t able to get past was the terrible air quality. Not only was it clear people were actively smoking in the hallways, the room was so stuffy and damp that I had an asthma attack.
We ended up booking another hotel and informed the front desk why we were leaving. Hotels.com and the Hotel Cosmopolitan denied us a refund even though conditions are unacceptable.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. It was super convenient to get from and to airport. We flu back to Florence to catch our flight back to USA after exploring other places and wanted to stay close to the airport. Our original stay in Florence was elsewhere walking distance from the all touristy attractions. However, one could possible stay here and catch bus or taxi to exoplore the town as well.

Good hotel to stay at if you have an early departure from the Florence airport. Not many dining options in the area, but you can get food at a grocery and picnic in your room. It is easy to walk to the tram to get to the city center

The hotel is in a good location near to a main tram station and on the doorstep of a Lidl. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly
