Disgusting hotel. Had stains on sheets upon arrival. Staff acted like they couldn't care less about it. Ended up returning keys in the end. Don't waste your money. Even though we left after an hour of having the room, they wouldn't refund us for the second night.

We stay at a king bed room. It was spacious, heater works great, has lots of drawers and a closet to put your luggage. The bathroom was roomy too. We noticed the hot water didn’t work in the shower

The room was dirty all over, the microwave was disgusting my son was going to warm some food and when He opened we saw it’s all dirty, the mirror at the room was all dirty too. Never will stay here again.

Thermostat in room didnt work so it was like sleeping in a meat locker. In room coffee machine had the wrong tray so no coffee in the morning and the shower barely worked

Expensive really expensive for what we recieved The worst hotel in lubbock They did not clean our room because they told us that some people dislike that they do that, they told us that we had to request that they clean every day but we do not know that they do not clean you room just if you request it The sofa bed mattress was broken and in bad condition

The outside trash cans around the property were never emptied the entire weekend. Staff is just standing around talking when they could be taking the trash out. The property itself needs repairs and I will not be staying there again.

They had a major leak in the wing we were in. Manager moved us to another wing and was very apologetic.

I Had move from the first room they gave us because it smelled bad and the shower was not working good and the door was very hard to open and close. The second room was a little better as far as smell but the shower didn't work right in that room either and the refrigerator was in the middle of the room it wouldn't fit in the cabinet
Then I checked my bank account and saw Expedia changed $169.26 which was right and the motel changed me $136.06 which should not have been changed. I called the motel and their supposed to putting the 136.06 back on my card. I'm not happy with this motel and will never stay there again.

I liked the location. Close to where I was needing to be.
I did not like the $50 security fee upon check in. (Said to be refundable) This fee was not listed on Expedia that i could find or I missed it.
The nearest entrance to the room was not functional, had to use a different one.
Room seemed smaller than pictured. Room amenities set low to the floor and hard for elderly to use. Only one good confutable chair to use.
The biscuits for the continental breakfast was hard as a rock and overdone. Recommend you bring your own metal silverware to eat with. Think I will drive a bit more than return.

I was asked to pay an additional fee. Once in the room the bathroom door was closed shut had to call front desk to fix it

The towels in the bathroom were stained. There was mold on the shower curtain. The shower curtain had holes in it . There was a smell in the hallway.

Affordable place with a good breakfast option. The place is a little bit rundown & kind of grungy. Could use better lighting in the room & maybe some full length mirrors would be nice but otherwise a cheap option in a good location

No Wi-Fi for the 10 days I stayed. No trash can in my room. Channel on TV sucked. Elevator was down for a night at well. All in all it provided a place to stay but for the price I believe it should have been better suited.

Hotel was a little disorganized and poorly maintained. Room was clean but with a lot of wear and tear. TV was very small.

The property is run down, the bbq area is not kept up, the pool door was propped open for anyone to walk through, the elevators were not working, the room was not as clean as it could have been. Paid through Expedia and was charged $203 extra from the hotel when I left the room in the same condition as I did not end up staying the night and just came back to shower and change. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and very economical. Staff courteous and accommodating. Pool recreation area nice and enjoyed by the grandchildren. I have stayed here before and will stay here again.

We stayed overnight in order to have a medical procedure done and we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, fast, and helpful. We did have an issue with the toilet running constantly and we informed the staff upon check out.

Room was great, staff was wonderful, and the place overall was very nice and affordable. Pool was under construction so that was a bummer, but obviously not their fault! If I’m back in the area I’d definitely stop again.

Went to have a stay cation and enjoy the pool and it was closed so we canceled our reservation and the refund has been aent back to you guys ao waiting to hear if we will get credit back on that room

Couldn’t get in our room using our keys most of the time. Or in the building. Bathroom was dirty. Pillow case stained with something yellow. Phone not connected so couldn’t call front desk for anything.

Was there for a doctors appointment. Room was nice and comfortable and the bed was wonderful!

The quality of the “remodel” on the hotel was awful. Paint smeared in random places, leaky water marks all over (rust in tub, bathroom floors buckling and sticky, walls outside of main elevator), plastic base trim around hotel pealing off, hotel smelled lightly like mildew, swimming pool very cloudy so we could never even use it, room keys quit working FIVE times in two days, so constantly having to get new keys made…overall experience, not good.

The room stunk. When the water in bathroom was turned on it had a horrid smell. Beds too small. Breakfast choices were weak. And when I booked it online there was no mention of a deposit. But they charged me one. Wouldn’t give me a paper receipt. Elevator had stains that looked like blood on floor.
