I would stay here again. Property is clean, comfy beds, convenient, very close to boardwalk, working air conditioning, hot water, working TV. The only suggestion is elevator may need maintenance it makes weird and scary sounds however it works properly.

The only issue we had was that there was not any hot water…not even lukewarm…

One pillow per person per bed and it was so thin and no pillow cases very uncomforatble beds for th price they are charging for the room the ac was on high and was still very hot the front desk worker was a very nasty person idk if I would stay again every time I walked in they would ask for a wristband wristbands were for people under 21 very unhappy

Room was clean, shower was hot and had decent pressure, close to the beach, front desk was friendly and helpful. Nothing fancy here. It's a decent hotel that's close to the boardwalk and beach. I'd stay here again.

There’s no heat in our room we’ve been switched twice & the only option they gave was to move 2 floors down away from our kids. When booked 2 room. There’s no actual heat in the 1s with the “new” system they have set up. There’s NO wash clothes (they don’t provide those) & 1 of the rooms has no remote for the tv. They don’t try to accommodate & their boss seems to not care once payment has gone through. The employees are nice but the management is trash!!! They have to make a phone call to him for everything & he does not care about his customers & it shows!

We ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. We couldn’t shower as there was no hot water. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable

We came for an end-of-summer getaway, but we just happened to hit a rainy couple of days. So even though it was August, we were literally the only guests, I think. So it was definitely quiet, lol. This is an older hotel, so it's certainly not fancy. But what we love about it is how incredibly convenient everything is. Right across the street is a convenience store where we get coffee each morning (the owner is SO NICE). The hotel is a couple short blocks from the boardwalk and the Mexican restaurant Spicy, which I'm obsessed with. If you're with kids it's nice because they have an outdoor pool, plus it's close to the section of the boardwalk where the rides are. There's also parking included. You seriously can't beat the convenience. I will say, though, that this year, in contrast with previous years, the owner sent us about a million emails before and after our stay. I heard from him more than my mother for a while there. They should probably tone down the correspondence, lol.

Great staff and service. Nice big bathroom, handicapped accessible, however cleaning product used made the floor there slippery, so a bath mat would have been nice and probably super important for any disabled person. Mattress great, nice to have fridge and microwave. We really appreciated being able to park early even on a busy Sunday. Best value around and nicely run convenience store right across! Thanks for everything!

Usually in seaside we stay at the Hershey motel but for a quick last minute booking we found this place a bit cheaper, the photos online looked good so for an over night we tried it out. We have 2 small kids and was placed on the 1st floor which was super accommodating for us, the walk to the beach was very close for the holiday weekend it wasn’t loud at all with younger people above us, the kids loved it we loved it majority of our time was at the beach but for the time we slept and had a meal the room was good for! Checking in was very easy as well! Super friendly and nice at check out too! Parking lot was also easy to get into not crowded and our car was right in from of our room!

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now. It's a great location only about one and a half blocks to the boardwalk. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. My daughter and I will continue staying here for years to come always a great time.

It was close to where we were going.

Stay was good ... nothing special about the room , standard room , 2 beds , regular cable , bathroom ..... was a little disapointed with the pool ... was very very small and they put it behind the second part of the hotel so when the sun comes up it is blocked by the hotel so it doesnt heat up the water till after 12 or 1 pm . Other then that it was a decent stay . Close to the beach and boardwalk , about a block and a half away which was cool .

We have stayed there for years and it gets better every time ….same people working every year and that is so nice to have the peace of mind that they know you and watch out for you!!!!

Have stayed here twice now, very close to beach and boardwalk very friendly staff and clean rooms.

Was very different from the pictures online and was not happy with the room at all. We were disappointed

Cigarette burns in the blankets. Extra lock on door was broken. In a bad area. walked in and place smelled like the guy at the front desk had been smoking weed.

The Sea Palace is close to the boardwalk and other attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable , office staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was a bit small. We enjoyed our stay.

Property was very clean upon arriving. Was centrally located with boardwalk and beach one block away, convenience store directly across the street and a beer/liquor one block away. Staff was always present and willing to assist with any request. Pool is smaller, but worked well for the smaller children on the trip when the waves on the beach get stronger. All in all very glad we decided here for the extra $50 for the week versus some of the other similarly priced hotels!
