Staffs are really nice and helpful

Hotel Lumen Paris has exceeded my expectations. Beautiful rooms and friendly staff. We booked two rooms and were given an upgrade so our rooms can be close to each other as there was some availability. Thats very thoughtful service.
Rooms are comfortable, small but have high ceilings. The area around the hotel is beautiful with a lot of coffee and food options. Museum Louvre is only 10minutes walk away. Luxury shopping is also 8-10 mins walk away. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Paris. Thanks to their staff for looking after us so well.

Awesome location!
Overall a great fresh room.
The safe didn't work which was a concern for me and a bulb in bathroom was dead.
If not for that, I'd rate them a 5.

This property was everything you need when visiting Paris. A great location, the staff who are committed to service, and clean, quiet accommodations.

We stayed for around 5 days - two adults and a teen. The hotel accommodated us with a cot in the room for our daughter and our bed was king sized. The beds took up the bulk of the room. Not a lot of space for our luggage - we were on a two week trip so we had large suitcases with us. The bathroom was a very good size. The room was small but well appointed. It was beautiful and the view from our room was pure Parisian beauty.
The staff were very kind and accommodating. The location was really good. Very close to the Louvre and to the subway. And for this trip very close to the Olympic flame which was magical at night.
We travelled all over Paris by transit or walking- this hotel has you well situated for that.
The only drawback is the single elevator. 4 people max in it. We were on the 5th floor. So most days we’d take the stairs down and take the elevator up. We were lucky in that we never had to wait for the elevator (got there at the right times!).
The staff at the front desk really made us feel welcome and seemed genuinely interested in us and how our stay was going.

Alexander and his staff were very helpful, interactive and personable. Nothing was ever a problem… just the Fawcett was a little tricky, very different from ours in Australia.

We loved the Hotel, the church next door was unexpected, but the staff was great!

Great stuff and service, only downside would be the air condition fans too loud

The first night they gave me a room that did not have internet, so they moved me into a different room the second night and this room the A/C was not working.
The floor needed to be cleaned better.

We had a fabulous stay! Laurent at the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to everything, especially The Louvre. The rooms were well appointed with all the amenities you need including nice touches like a refrigerator, safe, robes and slippers, towel warmer, personal toiletries, coffee maker, bottled water. There are fresh pastries, fruit, and water in the lobby. The breakfast was wonderful. It is right at a metro stop. The area was safe and had lots of places in walking distance. The front desk staff will call you cab if needed. We would be happy to stay there again.

The hotel was clean, very accessible to several features in the area. The staff was accommodating and helpful from our arrival to the our departure, most especially Percy! He was the best and really helped us out with our change in travel! Overall the hotel is in a great location and we will be staying there every time we visit Paris!

Premium location. Very good breakfast. Perfect for a business trip but equally good for travelling for pleasure.
The room size of a standard room is rather small. The space is well organized though. It is fine for two people.

This trip was booked and paid in full as a package but this was the only hotel that charged us again for our rooms stating the money was put down was only a deposit. They said this is how Expedia does it and would not listen when we said No everything was paid in full. When you budget for a long vacation and are traveling to many different locations you do so on. Budget and having to pay double for 2 extra rooms at the end of the stay is not very good. They did not even say anything about this when we checked in. The bathrooms are not great Betty small and the showers are very weak. Would not recommend this hotel as they now seem very shady to us.

Great reception staff Sebastian. Luggage sent to room & email sent when room was ready. Walkable to Louvre, Palais Garnier & Palais Royale = loved the rooms as well

The property is clean, classicly French, and perfectly situated in the heart of the city. Lots of great exploring within walking distance. The staff really took it to the next level by reaching out prior to the trip to find out if we were celebrating anything special. They asked what we'd like to see while we were there and sent us customized recommendations. We were greeted personally by Alexandre upon arrival and had wonderful service the whole time. Highly recommend Hotel Lumen!

As a walking tourist, this hotel was in a very good location. The building and surrounding area had wonderful architecture. Although the decor of the hotel was a bit tired, this seemed not to matter considering that the staff were so helpful and friendly. I would consider to stay there again and would recommend it to a friend.

This hotel is amazing! It was my first time in Paris and I wanted to stay super central. This was a lovely little home. I had a small room on the 2nd floor facing the church behind the building. The staff were all amazing! Sebastien and Xiemy really stood out to me. The staff were available to me at any time and made my stay very luxurious. The room were super clean and the bed as comfortable as mine.
1 word of caution, their standard room has glass walls around the bathroom. I am a solo traveler, but for couples or families you may want to ensure you have a room with a full bathroom. Can see everything that happens in the bathroom from the other side of the see through glass wall.
I will definately come back to this hotel!
A big thanks to the staff for making my first stay in paris so magical!

The hotel is beautiful. We were there for Christmas and it was very special. The views from the room are so cutesy quaint and obviously Parisian. The beds are super comfortable, melted into sleep. The staff was accommodating and helpful. We stayed in the family suite.

The hotel is very well located and has a friendly staff.
Regarding the rooms, they are a little bit smaller than the others hotels that we stayed, but still cozy.
On other hand, in my opinion the hotel should put either curtains or a shower stall, because the bathroom gets very wet
2.5
Great hotel and location. Rooms small as typical of Paris but very nicely decorated and clean. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Due to the pandemic the US issued a travel ban the day I was to visit France and stay at this hotel. I had to cancel my flight because I did not know what the ban consisted of and was due to go in effect the day I arrive in France. I promptly called hotels.com and asked for a refund or at best a credit at the hotel so I can visit at a later date. Hotels.com had an issue reaching the hotel then France went into lockdown. Now 3 months later hotels.com is now informing me the hotel is refusing to assist me in any form. I understand the rate i chose and prepaid for is non refundable but it was not my fault that both countries has closed their boarders. I ultimately feel that this hotel has no compassion their guest.

Good hotel great location friendly staff.
The only thing that I could fault was the hotel didn’t re stalk water and coffee capsules in the rooms wich was disappointing.
We did have 4 rooms. 😓

I don't need much. Quiet hotel. Great location. Attentive service. I would return.
