Room had an odour to it when you initially went in. Pillows too big. Deliciously breakfast at a reasonable price.

Staff were lovely however wasn’t so central to lake como. About a 15 minute walk to the station and then a 10 minute train ride but not too bad! Bathroom smelt of sewage but everything else was fine! Staff were helpful and friendly.

I stay very often during business trips in ibis Hotels, but this ibis Hotel was one of the worsest I'd stay. Dirty, unfriendly, etc. No support from reception when asked for new towels and add. cleaning in the toilette.

Convenient location hotel for short stay just off the SS35 to Como.

Excellent place to stay but you need a car. Nothing is walkable. Como is an easy drive away. Restaurant in this Hotel is excellent and the staff were really polite and helpful. Room was nice but a/c was a bit dicky.

The hotel was in a perfect location for us , and the car park right on site and as we drive a large van this is really important to us. The hotel was spotless , and the staff were really friendly. Food was good . Overall excellent and will be booking again

Lovely staff who want to make you feel welcome! They were good at offering information about dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The staff also provided good information about driving to Lake Como and the supermarket that is a 7 min walk from the hotel (great place for all meals!)
