We had an issue the first night but the lady that worked in the office was very awesome! She took care of us and got us a new room immediately.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and planning to return.

Suite was stocked with all the little things one would need. Pool was pristine. Everything felt fresh and clean. A perfect place for a lovely beach vacation.

Location was nice - main objective was that my sister was staying for the week so I was able to spend a few days with her, of course she was in a different unit but we were able to get together.

I checked in with the general manager and she was very nice and helpful. The rooms look just like the pictures on the website. I really liked that there was a soap dispenser in the bathroom. Someone even called me and asked how was my stay and not to many places would do that . I will definitely be back soon.

Didn't stay because my became ill. I try to cancel for another date, you'll wouldn't let us. We paid for insurance and you'll still wouldn't let change the date. This was our anniversary and my birthday outing. We just want to change the date and come after my husband feels better and to top that you'll wouldn't give us a refund either. This was very disappointing. So why we paid for insurance?

The experience would have been great had someone actually been at the property to greet me... Check-in was from 3PM until 5 PM... which isn't a big window! I arrived in the parking at 4:52 PM... and NO ONE was in the office... I had to call someone to get my key card... it took over 1 hour for me to get a hold of someone... needless to say, I was not a happy camper

As always, I enjoyed my 2 day stay there. Kimber is AWESOME!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was very friendly! The condo was very clean and the view was amazing! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again.

Wonderful staff and excellent location. Little small rooms but beach adjacent to property will make up for that. Not a typical hotel but if you looking for stay and enjoy beach then brilliant property.

We had such a wonderful time . The room was clean and kitchen was fully equipped. We had a balcony facing the ocean . The pool was clean and not too packed . They have a laundry room for you to wash your clothes if you don’t want to take sand home with you lol .

We had an amazing stay at Jade Tree Cove. Will definitely book again. Very clean and friendly.

It was just amazing this place. I needed to get away and just have some much needed peace. It was so beautiful and right on the beach. The front office staff Kimber was absolutely amazing. We have decided that this is now our go to place for weekend getaways. The room was extremely clean. My only complaint was that the people on top of us were using drugs. So Sunday morning we are relaxing on our balcony with our 7 year old and are engulfed in weed. I know many people use drugs but we do not and repeatedly try to set a better example for our children. We still had a great time and loved the place despite other people poor lifestyle choices.

Cleanliness and location made this trip the most enjoyable stay at Myrtle Beach we have had in all our visits to our son at coastal in the 4 years we've been visiting.

I took my daughter to enjoy the beginning of spring break. It was very, very clean, the beds were comfortable & soft, the pillows were soft. Rooms have a kitchenette in them & bathrooms are a decent size & clean. Everyone have their own private balcony & it’s an ocean view. Felt good to hear the waves in the ocean & to relax peacefully. Also, there are so many restaurants and stores 0.4 miles away. We truly loved it & I’ll be staying here again. I definitely recommend & we can’t forget about the office staff; awesome ladies ❤️

The grounds, pool area, overall very well-maintained and beautiful, right next to the beach! Condo was clean, well-equipped for our week stay. Management was friendly and helpful! Great value for the price!

Everything was excellent, superb

I liked that we had access to whatever we needed and the balcony faces the ocean. However, I didn’t realize this was a timeshare rental and we were pressured for 3 hours to buy a timeshare, when we were told we wouldn’t be pressured. We were told we had to sit for no more than 90 min but ended up being 180 min. Yes they gave us a 100.00 American Express but we were told if we said no they would let us leave, however this wasn’t the case. Very pressured.
