Solid! Prime location, nicely renovated room.....

Friendly staff with excellent restaurant recommendations. We were in a Luxury Suite, with a double bed on one floor and two twin beds in a loft above, reached by stairs. Very clean and comfortable, as expected for the astronomical price, but no A/C and it was quite warm inside in June. We opened some windows, fortunately no mosquitoes though birdsong awoke us at dawn. Hotel parking lot is not too expensive and is monitored, but for just a few euros you can use the town lot which is about 50 meters from the hotel. Good breakfast with lots of choice.

Stayed here 3 nights. Staff are super helpful. Great location, within walkable distance to several restaurants, visitor center.

Beautiful hotel in the heart or Cortina. We stayed for 6 nights. Breakfast was very good. Great staff! 5 min. walk to the bus station and access to Tre Cime, Cinque torri, etc.

We stayed for hiking. This hotel was good location, clean room, friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Great location. Friendly staff. A little tired around the edges in the bedroom, and breakfast options were fine, but just that. All round a great spot in the middle of town.

A pretty, well appointed and extremely well situated property right in the center of Cortina. Good breakfast and nice common facilities. Clean, tidy, functional rooms. Located in a pedestrian area, so great for shopping and restaurants, but parking is off-site and can be a little difficult (this is a something endemic to all properties in central Cortina).

Great staff, good breakfasts. A little noisy being by the bell tower, and the room was a little small for a tall person. Kept bumping my head on the wood beam in the bathroom.

Good central location. Rooms clean and comfortable. Only comments to add to previous reviews are (1) car parking is very limited and cost 10 Euros per day (which is not bad for central Cortina, but not free as listed on hotels.com), and (2) breakfast is served in-room (as Covid-related measure); it’s a good breakfast but bizarre that if staying multiple nights, you are requested to select menu & breakfast time at check-in and this cannot be changed throughout your stay.

Central location and convenient. Only very limited parking was available on first-come-first-served basis. Other parking options available within close walking distance.

Hotel and service were good. Rooms a bit tired and could do with an update. Several members of the party stated minor issues with their rooms. Location was great and would probably enjoy hotel bar and amenities if not for COVID. Main problem having returned home the hotel has taken a further 84 euros from my account. Not sure what this was for as all bills were settled before departure. I am at present awaiting contact from hotel with regard to additional cost. Overall pleasant stay, nice staff. Good location for Via ferrata’s. If additional cost is sorted out. Would have no problems staying here again or recommending to others.

Loved the service and location!

The hotel is in a great location and is centrally located - Our room was spacious and the bathroom was lovely and brand new - only thing is we had a tough time figuring out how to turn on the shower. It was a hand held nozzle (very modern) with no hook to hang it from and there was no curtain or door around the tub. The hotel has someone at the front desk only until midnight, then you must use a side door to get in after that. The breakfast room is a little small and got crowed. One staff member was not very helpful with regard to parking. After a few days stay, my husband was told there was a spot available, but he must not have recognized me when I went to ask him to open the gate - he told me there was none available and wouldn't listen when I told him there was one promised to us. It all worked out when my husband then came in and he then understood we were together. Other than that is was a good stay.

The staff particularly Alex at the front desk. Extremely warm and helpful person made our experience at this hotel incredible.

Loved this hotel, great location and nicely refurbished. Nice touches like usb chargers beside the bed and lovely bathrooms. Famtastic location and service is wonderful. Enjoyed our stay here very much and would rebook next time

Position in town, quietness, close to buses and restaurants Electronic room keys would have been easier and more secure Also would have appreciated tea/coffee facilities in the room

Wonderful, charming hotel in the center of Cortina. We visited with friends for a 3 day escape, and were thrilled with the accommodation. The location could not have been better.
