Stay was for a family member's funeral. Nice staff, helpful had to extend stay. Only disappointment was needing to add a 3rd day, and the computer system was down, no key when checking back in, and the manager didn't want to give me the same rate, just because the original reservation was done through 3rd party(hotels.com) and the money he was losing as a result of 3rd party reservations. Yet the parking lot had a total of 6 cars in it, hotel was virtually empty! Some money(guests) is better than no money(guests) should have been what was important.

There were fleas or bed bugs in our room. We called to the front desk and the employee didn't seem to concerned. She actually seemed bothered that we asked to be switched to another room. The hotel was fully booked, so they put us up at the Ramada Inn across the street. They didn't even offer to comp the room or give us a discount.

I liked the size of the room and the cost. The arrangement of the microwave and refrigerator was nice as was the provision of an additional wash basin adjacent to the bathroom. Minor negatives: I would have liked an ADA size toilet and grab bars since I am a senior. The desk chair was too short and I could not adjust it. The HVAC was a little noisy.

It was a nice big room, lots of space. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Only thing I thought was slightly odd was the breakfast room felt more like an over 70s retirement village. Other than that I would recommend.
