The staff were lovely. The property was very child friendly. The facilities were great. We had a spa room which we loved. The 2 bed is spacious. We will be returning for a longer stay!

Friendly, welcoming staff. Nice spacious, comfortable, well-appointed apartment just a short stroll from a lovely patisserie, Indian and Italian restaurants. A couple of kilometres walk along the Esplanade to Reefworld and Urangan Pier. On the pick up route for whale watching tours.

We really enjoyed our stay. We checked in after-hours but the process was easy, so was the next day in the reception area and the staff were really friendly. We were surprised at just how big the rooms were and the layout was perfect for us, we were in a 2 bedroom. Kids loved the pool and the added bonus that the pool is heated. We also enjoyed the number of cafes/restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Heated pool was very nice and apartment was good. Furniture felt a little old when sitting on lounge for instance but overall the rest was fine. Wardrobe in bedrooms werent cleaned with hair and dust around spare pillows. Overall it was still a good experience.

Paid a large amount for 4 nights in a 2br apartment and expected there to be sufficient supplies for 5 days. But no...they wanted to charge us $3 for a towel when I asked for a clean one on day 3. They do not clean the room at all, or provide any sort of service. They did not leave enough supplies in room to last the 5 days, and when I went to reception to ask for toilet paper at 2pm, there was no one there. There was a number to call if reception is unattended - no one answered. They then expect you to clean the apartment before you leave, and whilst we were rushing around trying to clean the place before check out, they had the audacity to call us at 10:30am to harass us to check out. This place needs to provide proper supplies and service if they want to charge the amount they do. Not happy.

Great stay right across from the peaceful Hervey Bay. The pool is beautiful and heated to the perfect temperature. Apartment was clean with plenty of space. Staff was very friendly.

The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on, it was way too soft. The apartment was nice and big, it had 2 toilets, 1 of them didn’t work. You couldn’t turn on the fan in the bedroom because of the amount of dust on the blades and the bedroom vents also had a lot of dust on them. The property was comfortable with a beautiful pool and easy access to the beach. Overall the property was ok.

Nice Hotel, just across the street from the beach. Restaurants, and cafes nearby. Close enough to things, but far enough away to feel as though you are escaping from the majority of the world.
Pool is huge and gym and sauna are well equipped as well.
Rooms are clean and spacious with all the modern conveniences.
Reception is efficient and friendly.
Would definitely stay here again.

Small but numerous issues that compounded into a somewhat unpleasant stay. All dishes were filthy (intent of the stay in a apartment room was to be able to cook but that was immediately out of the question), the bathtub surface was peeling and chipped and unusable (part of the reason for booking the room was to use the bathtub), the handle for the shower mixer was broken off, the shower floor was dirty, an air conditioning inspection had been scheduled during our stay and the final insult was room service bursting into the room un announced in the morning.
The staff were all lovely and understanding, the above issues were all mentioned to staff.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, perfect in every way. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and the hotel reception were extremely warm and welcoming. They upgraded us to a spa suite whilst it was off season which absolutely made our trip special. Can’t wait to stay there again next year in April!

Great place to stay for a short relaxing holiday

We came for my husbands work. I spent a lot of time in the pool and relaxing on our patio reading. We decided to pay more and book the swim up 2 bedroom apartment. I’m so glad we did, as it was everything we needed and more. It provided quick, easy and private access to the pool and had heaps of outdoor space to relax in. The location of the hotel was perfect for a beach walk to the shops and restaurants too.
It was quiet at night and the pool was clean and well maintained. We found all the staff we came across very helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to make our stay a good one!
We would definitely stay again when we are up that way and will recommend a stay to anyone! Especially if they book the swim up room!
