It was awful.

The hotel was trashy and had a lot of smells that did not smell good. I have pictures of how gross it was.

In town for a football game. When we arrived the front desk person was very nice and helpful. Since we had an issue with another hotel prior to arriving here the desk agent took us to the room to see it before we checked in. Everything looked ok at that point during the day. Checked in and took our things to the room and left out. Came back and went to sleep. Woke up to use the bathroom during the night and thats when you see that the hotel HAS ROACHES! One was in the bathroom, one on the counter and one the stove. Then opened the cupboard where they store the garbage pail and saw more!

First room we stayed in tv,tophalf of plug-in didn't work floors sticky. Second room was not any better microwave and stove top didn't work needs alot of updating

Close to downtown and Memorial Stadium. Convenient parking. Great price point for a game weekend. Staff was very helpful on many occasions, and Mike even helped me carry bags to my car. Will book again.

Staff was excellent in greeting us. We were early due to plan changes they accommodated getting us in right away. The room was very clean and quiet for sleeping. It is an older facility so while super clean and good staff, expect a dated experience as far as facilities.

The room’s odor of pot was so bad that I could hardly be there. We slept with the window open. It was disgusting.

Ok location. The room smelled like Marijuana and I had to put 50 dollars deposit down for damages or smoking. I called the office and told them it smelled like Marijuana when i got in the room so i wouldn't get charged.

Watch out for the descriptions provided by Travelocity for these hotels. This property stinks like smoke and is extremely dirty. My allergies were so bad the whole stay. The first room I got had a broken door lock and so the room would not even lock. I asked to be moved for safety reasons of the lock. This place is dangerous outside be aware.

The folks at the hotel were amazing! JULIE THE MANAGER WAS GREAT! It was clean and well with walking distance to what we needed and the price was very reasonable! If needed we will stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

We were delighted to experience a speedy and seamless check-in process. Our accommodation on the third floor was spotless and well-maintained, offering a pleasant view from the windows. We appreciated the convenience of having a kitchenette for our personal cooking needs, and the size of the refrigerator was satisfactory. However, we wished for a more comfortable dining table for couples to enjoy their meals together, instead of just a desk. We will definitely consider staying here again when we return in the spring!

Brand new refrigerator, bed was great. No bedside table or light on window side of bed. Had to put things on floor and couldn’t read. Room was Ok. Rather worn. Towel bar in bathroom broken.

We did not stay after seeing the appearance, the neighborhood, the lobby and the fact that we waited 15 minutes for someone to assist us.

This is an ‘extended stay’ hotel, so there’s a lot of people there who are not traveling. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. It had a stove and large living room area. It’s about 3/4 mile walk to the Haymarket.

The hotel was fine. The location was fine. The check-in guy was unnecessarily rude and condescending. I felt unwelcome. Additionally the messages in the actual hotel room regarding vague threats of fines further made me uncomfortable and reinforced the feeling of being unwelcome.

So the actual hotel was fine but it is a bit dirty. Saw some bugs in the check in area, and some of the towels in the room were dirty. Also the sofa bed was not in the best condition so I didn't bother trying to sleep on it

There were people screaming and arguing in the hallway at 3:00AM. It was so volatile we were to frightened to open the door. So close to downtown and the University but sketchy as heck

Its a great place for a cheap visit. The rooms are a little outdated and in need of upkeep, but otherwise its a good place to stay if you're looking to save a few bucks. Also, walking distance to most things in downtown Lincoln.

Nice layout of room, but it has definitely seen better days. Could use a refresh/some tlc. Was inexpensive compared to other options, so from that perspective, it wasn't bad. It did seem to have people up at all hours of the night which seemed a bit odd and could disrupt some people's sleep.

A little run down, but overall nice place for the money.
Elevator could use a good cleaning, and the last inspection posted was July 2018. (?)
The room is great, with a seperate seating area from the bed, and a nice kitchen.
This is not our first stay here and wont be our last I'm sure.
Walking distance to the Bourbon, where we attend concerts, which is a plus. (Just be aware of your surroundings.)
Great restaurants nearby as well.

I liked price and taking pets. Nice if a trash can outside the single one in bathroom. Keys to door had to be inserted several times before the door opened. Heating was good, clean also.

We came to see our son at the university and this place is a dump. Room smelled of very strong air freshener to cover up a different smell. Our bathroom door was unable to close as the door jam was broken or door swelled. Pillows were terrible and bed uncomfortable.
