The property was in a very nice area. Close to restaurants and a beautiful park. The noise level was very high with a school next door and a club right under our balcony. I wish the installation was done better to avoid the outside noise. The room itself was nice, it could have been cleaner in the bathroom and the small kitchen area. There was not enough towels and they were very old (sand paper like). The toilet paper was also very rough and there was no tissue paper and when asked for some a single tissue paper was give wrapped in plastic. There was also a faucet about foot and a half sticking out of the wall and it was in a horrible location. If not careful u could bang ur leg or butt against it. The shower was a waterfall faucet and the pressure was nice. I suggest u take ur own shampoo, the shampoo there didn’t smell nice.

We enjoyed the stay and the attentive staff. The hotel is conveniently located, but sits amidst cafes and restaurants so it can get a bit loud at times.

We had a really good stay! Especially the personal was so nice and helpful to us. They made our arrival in Argentina for the first time, really good. Helped out with tips for restaurants. And when we arrived early in the morning they guarded the luggage and let us relax on the top floor where we could use the toilet and have a relaxed seat.

Nice location with easy access to domestic airport via bus (colectivo). Great view from 10th floor of the Recoleta Cemetery. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable.

The lifts were dated but if that’s the only thing noticed that could use a tune up….i think you done very well.

I had a great stay at this hotel located in the heart of Recoleta, next to the Cemetery. Friendly service. Nice breakfast included. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Affordable rate. The bars and restaurants on the street can get loud at night, so request a higher floor if that’s an issue.

The hotel is centrally located and right across the street from the Recoleta Cemetary. My only complaint is the air conditioning in my room. You must put your room key in a slot for power to the room, during the hot summer, the room really never cooled down to my liking. Go in the spring, fall or winter and it will be fine.

This hotel is centrally located in the Recoleta area, across from a mall and cinema and historic cemetary. Great restaurants are steps away. The rooms are spacious - really huge compared to European hotels. They are in the process of changing out mattresses, so be sure to request a room with a new mattress. The first time we checked in, we got a firm, very comfortable mattress. The second time (we couldn't get on our flights due to standby status), we returned and got a saggy one - upon request, received a room with a better mattress! (first room change, still did not get a firm mattress; so asked again nicely and got a good mattress). Ask for a room on a higher floor so you won't hear the loud music from the bar on street level. Breakfasts were fabulous - hot scrambled eggs, bacon, assortment of pastries, granola, fresh fruit. Best part was the custom-made coffee: double expresso cafe con leche (looked like a cappuccino but stronger).

The front desk manager, Diego Ibanez gave us excellent restaurant recommendations for where the local’s eat. He arranged an early check in for us upon arrival. He made transportation reservations for us to get to the airport.
Pablo also provided us with excellent service on ideas of sites to see and things to do during our stay.
The 2 Morning breakfast staffers provided attractive food displays with a nice assortment of food items. They also make exceptional coffee!
We will definitely stay there again on future visits.

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location with a wonderful staff (Pablo, thank you for all your help!). We travel often and I can honestly say this was one of my favorite stays! Recoleta is our preferred location in Buenos Aires and this particular hotel is terrific….just opposite the cemetery with an abundance of great restaurants right outside your door. Rooms are large, well appointed and immaculate. If we’re back in Buenos Aires, we will most definitely stay here!

A great boutique hotel in an amazing location, near Recolata Cemetery and all the restaurants and bars you would want! The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a mini gym and steam room on the top floor as well as a lounge to take in the view. Top notch

The location is good although I was on the sixth floor and there was a little bit of music bleeding up but I used earplugs, so it was not a problem. Please note that the balcony facing the cemetery is too hot to sit on in the summer until the sun goes down or in the morning. Good looking room though.

First time in BA. Hotel was along a busy street and above restaurants. Not quiet on weekends. Felt very safe and walkable. Will stay here again.

Well located hotel in a very quiet area with plenty of restaurants outside for drinks and nibbles. I wouldn’t suggest any of them for a full meal but to spend sometime outside having a cold beer it’s perfect.
Hotel staff friendly from check in to check out! Victor and Paulo always happy to help with a smile in their faces. Marcelo makes a wonderful strong morning coffee and he loves what he does. Breakfast not quite like we see in resorts but with everything necessary for a good first meal of the day.
Housekeeping team friendly and efficient. Good size bedroom with a sofa and dinning table. Strong shower and good size bathroom. The hotel terrace is also a great place to enjoy a cold drink.

Location was perfect. Great view of the Recoleta Cemetery. Breakfast was awesome and staff was great. Amenities were disappointing compared to expectations.

Excellent location, in front of the cemetary, parks and national gallery (excellent gallery and free!)
Good variety of dining options and close to Plaza Mayo, La Boca, Puerto Madero, Palermo, etc.
Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and spoke fluent English.
Good breakfast as well.
