Room was fine I booked 2 room , the TV was fuzzy in both rooms. I complained and no responce

check in was quick,friendly staff,room was ok,poor tv reception,pull out sofa was old not comfortable,got bug bites,we could hear guests above us walking(very loud)

Everything was great except for the room neighbour who decided it was cool to play music at 1 AM

It wasn't a huge place, so service seemed almost family -like, the pool was great, the room was spotless, and it was quiet at night 👍

Came from almost 2 hours away for a family function. They were so nice and helpful. Hotel was clean and rooms are newly renovated. Breakfast included and had a good variety like bagels, waffle maker, sausages, eggs and more. Alot of stores, restaurants and Tim Hortons within walking distance. They have a pool as well. Plenty of parking on premises. Would definitely stay again if in town.

Everything was over than expected given it was super 8. The area had so much to do and was beautiful.

The hotel staff gave us the choice of rooms. Our only request was for a quiet room. It was away from anyone so our needs were met. Breakfast was self serve with lots of hot options. I would stay there again. Thank you.

Room was very spacious (600 sq. ft.), big washroom (with standing shower and bath tub), 2 TV's, sofa, 2 AC's, small refrigerator, Microwave, dining table, wash basin. Very good view of city. Good facility for free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free parking. Carpets outside the room on al floors are quite however old.

The property was very convenient for my visit with my daughter. Very relaxing, close to everything we wanted to do. Staff were great, hotel was clean

Good hotel

This is a second visit to this location (2018 first visit) for a anniversary trip. We can see some upgrades to the facility since being a "Windham" hotel, but work needs doing. PROS: Nice free breakfast, Clean breakfast area with good fresh choices (hot water was not working if you wanted Tea) Easy parking Fast check-in/check-out Clean (this was our issue in 2018) for the most part Walking distance to some shopping and meal options Water was hot! (yay!) Friendly and Fast frontdesk staff Fast AC on hot days No Wi-Fi, or if there was, no indication about a password for the locked WiFi CONS: - This is an older property and it shows: - tiled shower stalls with cracked tiles not replaced, - basic showerhead - behind the bed was dusty and had other people's hairs and garbage when you pull the best out a bit (this should be the cleaning crew's job every day) - bed blanket had a lot of pulls in it and the bed was probably the most uncomfortable for sleeping I've ever stayed in - mega squeaky, sinking right in and leaving a massive divot (and trust me I am NOT a heavy person at all) - Bees at the entranceway outside (may-bee not a big deal for some) - TV service seemed like old standard cable (from the 1990s) on a moderately HD (720p) television - extremely blurry and very basic choices only.

The room was clean, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. My room had a view of the parking lot and trees which was not unpleasant. The pool was full of small children so I didn’t try it out. The breakfast was standard fare but decent. Wifi worked well. Hot water in the shower. I slept well. Hotel was quiet after 9 pm.

Needs some updates. Price was good . Bathroom updates and furniture. Bed was comfortable.Would like to see them fix this up a bit.

There was people on the floor that used the hallway as a party space until midnight and then started again at 630 am ,

Lawrence was super nice from the front desk and super helpful room was clean easily accessible the hotel walls are a little thin and can easily hear the neighbors but very nice

This is my third stay at this Super 8. It is located on the far west of Peterborough. There are plenty of options for food and drink in the area. Check in was quick and cheerful. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast is good but on a Saturday it was busy with not enough seating and a line up for the waffle maker. Our only complaints were the very squeaky bathroom door and the connecting room door which allowed a lot of noise from the next room.

This hotel is nice, and the staff is kind. However, I believe the whole building needs an update. During our last visit, I could feel the floor actually bend and creak. When the people above us would move around, we heard every footstep and creak - even at 5:00 in the morning. I am extremely particular about air conditioning, and I will say that the ac system exceeded my expectations. I have stayed here before, and will stay again, if the floors are fixed.
