We had a difficulty in logging on to the WiFi. When we tried to reach the front desk for help, the phone didn't work. Tere was no place to hang our clothes, not in the room or in the bathroom. Had to throw clothes on the floor when showing.

Had to throw clothes on the floor when showing. The only place to get a coffee was in the lobby, but you had to pay $2.00 for a Keurig cup to put the the machine.

We were shown our first room. It was dirty. Dirty sheets, comfortor, floors. Shown a second room. It wasn't made up and there was toilet paper everywhere. The front desk employee was nice, but didn't seem too surprised. They refunded our money quickly and we went elsewhere. Would not recommend this motel, and for the record, I have NEVER asked for a new room at any hotel/motel EVER. This place was disgusting. There was human snot streaked in the elevator. The floors in the lobby were disgusting and dirty. Do not recommend to anyone. Clearly you get what you pay for here.

Checking staff was very helpful and friendly.

Lobby was dirty and there was garbage left in the hallways. The room was very dirty. Countertop was filthy with crumbs and debris. Floors were dirty and sticky. Bedding and pillows had hair, crumbs, and was stained and looked dirty overall. The money saved from the comparable hotel was not worth the stay here. As a result of this room condition, we definitely would choose another place in the future.

Unfortunately there was a hockey tournament on in the town and there was a large group of adults and children staying. It was extremely noisy with the children playing on the floor I was staying on, while the adults were on another floor… the receptionist had spoken to the adults a number of times to no avail.

The washroom's garbage was full when we first arrived. The covers are too light, the bed too short and the mattress too thin/could feel the board under us. There was only one night table.
