Bed was comfortable but not a queen it was a double. I know this because I also have a double at home. The pool was open which was good. But they had ongoing construction and no change rooms so had to put suit on in room and walk to pool. No where to use bathroom so had to go back to room soaking wet.

Construction. View was of a giant garbage bin with doors and debris in it. The person at check in was rude and not helpful at all. I found it to be not as clean as you would expect. Carpets felt damp. Hot tub out of order. No change rooms. No washroom in pool area. Toaster sucks. Burned the bread. 250 dollar deposit without being told and don't recall doing that last summer.

I liked that my room was beside the elevator (normally NOT a good thing) but in this case I did not hear the elevator nor people getting off and on throughout the night

I used booking.com to make the hotel bookings for 2 rooms and was told that my POINTS CARD could not be used as I had used a 3rd party to book the room.

We liked mostly everything. The place was clean and everyone was super friendly. Our breakfast was very good. The restaurant next door was nice, we didn't have to go far for supper.😀

Only problem we had was the on and off tap was very hard to turn it was stuck , but hey my hubby got it turned.

The room smelled like feet, one bed was completely broken, worst pillows ever, they were so flat. The staff were nice, the hotel itself isn't good at all. Oh and even if you book a room with 2 beds you only get one of each soap (shampoo, conditioner and one bar)

My pop exploded in the mini fridge….. apparently you can only adjust the temp by pulling out the refrigerator someone must have turn down the temp …. The staff where very helpfully and left a care package at my door

The staff was really nice and they have a great breakfast.

The pool is gross. So thick with chemicals. It hurt my eyes and throat. Smells like they use straight bleach in the pool
