Pool was nice, breakfast is improving, room was clean and welcoming

Comfortable beds, very clean, lots of variety at the complimentary breakfast, strong water flow in shower, nice pool and hot tub, friendly staff, parking off the room is convenient.

The freezing hallway off rooms in the 100 row. Plastic toiletry bottles aren't environmentally friendly.

The room itself!!

The long delay to get into the room....worked an overnight the night before needed sleep requested an early check in... and had to be somewhere at 2pm...the people that were in there before checked out for 11am and I got a call saying my room would not be ready til 1245pm for it takes a while to clean the room! I was disappointed by how much I was not a priority! Anyways I enjoy staying at the best western and the room was amazing when I got there...which was late!

New updated showers and love the main floor for easy access to the parking lot. Have stayed a few times now and the reception desk now know me and my wife! Love that personal touch! This will be our go to place to stay in Peterborough for sure now!

great location and nice facilities.

Everything was fine the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I think I was in the older part of the hotel but it was still in good shape and clean.

They advertise free "breakfast" but its really just some pastries, coffees and juice. This is fine if the said snacks or something as when I see breakfast I am expecting eggs, proteins etc... That's my only complaint.

Room was hot! Neither of us slept. Wasnt till about 9am that you could relief. Also bed closest to window has a huge dent in it n i had to sleep with a pillow under my lower back/butt.

Location was excellent. We were able to walk to some parks and locks. A quick drive to downtown!

Felt like an upgrade to the carpeting, particularly in the hallways, would be a nice idea. Lots of stains!! Flooring healthier and easier to clean.

The breakfast was just mediocre, nothing much. Coffee was great. The ground level patio was fantastic, open the back door look at the beautiful river
