Excellent hotel. Great location and everything was very nice. Best hotel in southport.

We had a lovely room and view looking out to the pier. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We did have an evening meal in the hotel and it was okay. They brought my husbands soup which was cold and bread that was supposed to be roasted but was not. He did tell them and they heated it up and toasted the bread. That was a little disappointing to start the meal off. I had the pasta which was nice. I do think because they had a firework party going on they were more interested in serving them than us. Breakfast was good i would say the guy that looked like a manager at Breakfast should a little more engaging to the customers. He was just making sure not to make eye contact with anyone, not a good manager. I can not fault the room but the restaurant needs a little work.

Great location, nice rooms, quite spacious and modern. Air con was an added bonus. Really liked the bar area, it was relaxing and roomy. Had to wait for 20mins to be seated at breakfast, I’m assuming not enough staff on shift, but they were all friendly and hard working.

Good, comfortable, clean hotel, with lovely views of the lake and seaside. Complex around it is empty but should be a lot busier once the neighbouring theatre and conference centre is built.

After having amazing stays here previously we were a little disappointed that this one was not so amazing, we did enjoy, but most of the staff dont speak or understand english this made queries difficult, breakfast was lovely but felt rushed and watched. The rooms we had were totally different, even though we were close to eachother , the double bed we had booked was more of a small double but was extremely comfortable with lovely crisp fresh sheets, the room its self was clean although lots of stains on the carpet. The bathroom was extremely clean but the bath plugs were filthy underneath (maybe i am just a tad OCD and check these things that others dont) food and drinks were very expensive so we didnt dine in and so, i cant comment on that. Check in and out was extremely easy with lovely reception staff. Unfortunately the fire alams going off at 7am ruined our last morning lie in and no staff came to the floors to assure guests that it was just a fault. It was handy to have a carpark but again extra expense. I understand the ownership has changed and hope this is just them finding their feet.

Fab location. Great roof top bar too. Kid friendly and great breakfast. Nice views from Rooms.

Have stayed here a couple of times and never disappointed. Location is right on the front and parking is right under the hotel.

Clean lovely staff brilliant breakfast

We loved our stay here, rooms were cleaned everyday. Food and resturant was lovely, the hotel was in walking distance of all amenities.

Hotel was lovely, we only stayed one night. Was nice and close the morning the venue. My only criticism was that we had a double bed and both rolled into the middle, so didn’t get the best nights sleep. Room was large and spacious and not overheated, which is huge plus point for me. Will stay again

Nice hotel with good staff. Pity they charged £15 to park and £10 to use leisure facilities which would normally be included in hotel price. That means it is an extra £25 per night. Apart from that it was a nice room with good shower. Good breakfast.Walkable to local shopping centre and bars.

Fantastic hotel with amazing views!

Absolutely amazing. We got upgraded, breath taking views from the balcony and beautiful suite.

From arriving to departing our experience was wonderful. Check in ladies were wonderful and accommodating, the room was spacious and comfortable and to finish off we had a fantastic breakfast, with the best hotel scrambled eggs i have ever had.

Got woken up at 6am by constant banging echoing through the ceiling and walls. Rang reception and they informed us it was a tread mill being used in the gym! The noise was terrible and loud and went on for 1 and 1/2 hours. Rang reception several times and they said stop complaining there’s nothing they can do . Absolutely appalling staff! Avoid this hotel !

Love to stay if get a view & enjoy face breakfast included. Stayed many times should have reward / discount for this as parking good but £15 per night!

A stylish hotel, with comfortable and well appointed rooms. My stay spoilt by a complete lack of hand soap, shampoo and body wash in the “eco friendly” pumps in the bathroom. Only discovered this early in the morning during a cold shower - hot water lacking for early risers. Breakfast was a bit of a bun fight, staff struggling to keep buffet supplied.

Great hotel, great view, however i was disappointed with couple things such as lights hanging of the walls and the thermostat was also hanging off the wall, also the lights on the balcony didn't work

Additional unexpected charges for the basics - e.g. parking charge £15 per day if booking through Expedia (included if booking at same price direct with hotel)!! Additional charge for a sachet of hot chocolate powder?! Also, no 'free' newspaper?! No spare pillows. Not sound proofed. As advertised in other respects.

Very pleased with my stay - good facilities and convenient on site parking too.

Have stayed at the waterfront many times before, its a favorite of ours, it just ticks all the boxes,lovely and clean,quiet and relaxed, super comfy rooms, with air-conditioning free WiFi and coffee and tea,great breakfast buffet style and restaurant for evening dinner, plus your a stones throw from the beach and town center, just a perfect location x

My first time staying in Southport, but my second time in England. I felt very welcomed and though the staff was very kind and helpful.

Excellent hotel with a fantastic outdoor drinking area which was a proper sun trap. Great location

Waterfront location and relative proximity to the Southport railroad station were pluses. The staff at the reservation desk were exceptionally helpful.

Really lovely suite in the hotel. Staff good. Parking ridiculous price. I have a disabled permit yet still charge for parking. The hotel is in a nice spot. Across the road is a whole other place. Run down and really wouldn’t feel safe walking from Lord street in the evening.
