Very goood i general but room was a chilly and air con not responding was only down point.

Stayed at this hotel many times before, but this stay was by far the poorest.
We had booked a double room as usual as we like the beds and the bathrooms, but as we don’t check in until 10p.m. all the standard rooms had been allocated and we were put in “disabled/accessibility” room.
This means a low bed and a wet room instead of a standard bathroom, which means the whole floor ends up wet and the sink is knee high.
Rooms should be allocated when booked, not dependent on when you arrive. We shouldn’t be pressured into arriving early to ensure we get the room we have already booked. If we had been advised when booking what room was available we may have chosen to book elsewhere, but this should be our choice.

The staff were mostly very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and bed was comfy. Bathroom was the only negative due to showing signs of age.
Personally the sports bar downstairs was not to my taste, but the bar staff were polite and professional.
Our stay did not allow time to use the facilities such as the gym.

The stay was ok, tried to order room service but you have to do it online and the website would only let you get to a certain point before kicking you off!
I tried several times before I gave up and had to go downstairs and order in the bar.
Most of the stay was okay apart from the bathroom where clearly the cleaners do not clean behind the bathroom door as the white tiles behind the door were yellow where they clearly had not been cleaned and when you sat on the toilet, your leg was literally touching the toilet rolls so these are clearly in the wrong place!

Food was 80 pounds for 3 burgers and some sides and was worse then Macdondles full member of the gym when asking if I could use the farnborough site was more or less told to go away as they didn’t know

Everything fine other than no one to help check in or ask questions to, you should atleast have 1 person meeting, greeting, aiding, helping us check in and directing us to rooms, felt abit like a Travelodge etc. first impressions put a sour taste for the rest of the stay.

Decent modern hotel with welcome air conditioning. The staff were friendly and the accommodation was good. The facilities were excellent with a well stocked bar and gym. The room was a little overpriced and breakfast wasn’t included.

I booked 3 double rooms for a work event, the rooms were just right, very comfy bed, well presented room, lovely location being only 0.3miles from Farnborough airport.
The check in attendant was very helpfully and deserves to be praised.

Unfriendly staff. They advertise a gym in every picture but you need to pay extra to use it. Avoid at any cost.

The gym was phenomenal. Full gym with squat racks, med balls, kettlebells, free weights, a functional training area, boxes for box jumps, and even Les Mills classes. I was so happy! Also my room was clean and very quiet. I'm thrilled.

overall average but not worth the price I paid - £190 approx for club room. found cobwebs above the wardrobe (visible at floor height) went down to reception and the lady didn’t apologise but said house keeping would fix it and that’s the end of the matter.

Great hotel, very modern, wonderful room. Bathroom, fabulous! Location easy to find. Breakfast Ok, generic like all inclusive buffet. Not the best I've had to be honest. Prefer cooked to order option. Coffee was a machine not freshly ground or frother milk, no alternative for alternative diets, intolerances.

Don’t stay at this Village hotel in Farnborough. Parking was almost full. Had to pay for parking. I have still not got my receipt for the parking. Can’t claim on expenses without a receipt. Had to pay for gym. There were no eggs left at breakfast. Not staying here again. There lots of other joy

Excellent hotel, it was a surprise to have such a fantastic experience. Service great, rooms comfy and clean, food available all hours.
We even got free gym and swim (both amazing) the next morning. Gym/swim was free for a club room, £5 additional for other rooms.
