It’s always comfortable and having 2 restaurants right there is perfect

The bathroom door had broken hinges and the heat in the bedroom didn't work.

We were upsold to the jacuzzi suite which we didn’t use (our fault I guess). The jacuzzi wasn’t really that inviting or big compared to other hotels we have stayed at and were underwhelmed.
Chop was ok, but just ok. Servings were small and blah. Denny’s breakfast is what you would expect.
We asked for and were given a late checkout of 1:30 the evening before. No one mentioned the cards would shut off at 12 - minor inconvenience to reset. The maid came to clean just after 12 and we had to advise her of the late check out. About 25 min later a man entered our room and asked if we were checking out. Felt very rushed to leave despite being told good until 130.
I didn’t find this sandman as nice or inviting as other Sandman’s I’ve stayed at. This is our second time at this hotel in the past few years and both experiences were basically the same.

Room was very nicely kept and clean. Only issues AC didn’t work, bathroom sink was plugged and the toilet has a very low flush. Requires to be flushed more than once.

Beds, pillows were really comfortable. Room was very clean. Loved the magnified lit mirror in the bathroom. The tea and coffee were really good. Not the typical red rose!

Stayed for 8 nights. It was clean and roomy. I would stay there again.

The shower doors can be improved to prevent water pooling on the floor. Regular toilet flush would be much better even though everyone wants to conserve water.

Check in was quick and easy. Room and hotel was very clean, sheets, towels and bathrooms very clean and in good shape. Parking lot is a bit tight but overall a good place to stay.

There were some complications during our stay (power outage while in the pool, noisy equipment outside our window, hot tub jets failed).
However the parking was easy, the Denny's in the hotel was clean and staff were great, AND the hotel manager made good when we left and was very apologetic about the concerns. Would return based on manager experience.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and the room was clean. We enjoyed the pool and that there were two restaurants on site. There was ample parking. It was easy to get to the shopping centres and other areas of the city from there. The only negative is I wish the room had more USB plugs for charging electronics easier and some of the furnishings were showing a bit of wear and tear but it wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

Location is great for getting back on the highway or for local restaurants, shopping near by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Family suite was not overly clean, air conditioner made the room smell musty and was loud. Price was right so can’t nitpick to much.

Nice place to stay. It was very busy because they were hosting a wedding. There were only 2 luggage carts available for a couple hundred people. That was unreasonable and it became apparent that some of the guests “stored” the carts in their rooms??? After waiting for 30 minutes the manager, Scott, saved the day and found us a utility cart to haul out our shopping and luggage.
Room was clean, bathroom was clean. All appliances worked. Beds were clean and well supported.
