Comfortable hotel, clean and in a pretty area with restaurants and bars around, a bit outdated, and gym with just one running band not working well, but nice breakfast and very nice staff, room size was also very good although toilet quite small compared to rest of room.

I’ve been staying with them every time I go to Buenos Aires and is one of my favorite places to stay. I will say this time I noticed that the hotel it’s a little rundown they could improve some new mattresses they used to have them but now they have some basic ones which they’re too hard to sleep on, the front desk is a sweetheart. She is been very helpful and welcoming. Also, I noticed the breakfast area used to be better so they can improve a little but a very safe hotel to stay and the service is excellent.

Service staff were all amazing. Included breakfast area was not very clean feeling and food was not very appealing. Rooms are large and tidy but bathroom fixtures are very tired and need replacement as does much of public areas in the hotel.

The room was a good size. Pillows were fluffy and bed comfy. The hotel in general is dated. It needs a makeover especially on the floor halls. Breakfast was good and diverse. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Everything at the Dazzler was terrific except for staff member Julio who was amazing. He helped make our trip extremely enjoyable by assisting us in our bookings, trips around town, and general information. Julio is very personable and friendly and a real asset to the hotel.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff very clean. A great stay ! Only suggestion would be to have much hotter water available for tea at breakfast in the morning - or have kettles in the room- but a great stay - would recommend!

The hotel is well situated near by the Recoleta cemetary. The room was large and the beds were of good quality.
It seems it has been a while since the hotel was refurbished, so it was a bit worn down.
The pool wasn’t available (at the end of November), and the outdoor area wasn’t set up for being there. The gym was worn down.
The service was great with helpful personnel. The breakfast was varied and very good.

Property location is great, unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the cleanliness of the room but got quick help to get a new room. Property and hotel conditions are not great either but wouldn’t be much of an issue if it was pristine clean.
