The front staff in the reception was very helpful and friendly. The cleaning lady knocked on my door quite early, when I was on my way out, so I asked for new towels and she gave me new ones. I assumed she would come back and clean my room, but she didn’t. I left the room ten minutes after she knocked on my door. The breakfast was good!

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was very good, including freshly squeezed orange juice! Many walkable dining options. Across the street from the train station!

I have stayed here many times before as it’s a very well located property with clean and comfortable rooms and a very friendly team of staff. Always a warm welcome that’s why I keep coming back!

Conveniently located adjacent to the train station. Rooms and hotel interior public spaces are newly remodeled. Some great dining options very nearby. Suprisingly quiet at night considering the location across from the train plaza.

Excellent hygiene, friendly staff, the breakfast included in our stay had a variety of options to choose from and quite inclusive. We loved our stay and hope to stay again! Finding a parking is a nightmare so if you are driving then make sure to plan for extra time to find a spot around town.

Fantastic stay close to the station (so some train noise to be expected) and supermarket. Hotel were super helpful when my daughter left her watch in the room and found it for her. Thank you to the housekeeping and reception staff! 5mins walk to one beach and 10mins walk to the other. Perfect location for visiting Nice and Monaco too. Breakfast was great - lots of choice.

Comfortable. Good breakfast

More than just this hotel this town is amazing and we will be back! Our room had a great view of the ocean and mountains. The staff was okay. It’s a good hotel and the free breakfast is a great addition. Across the street is a grocery store which is convenient.

Very clean and tidy Hotel and very good for the standard the hotel is. Please don’t expect A 5 star Ritz as you will be disappointed. I would say it’s the equivalent of a Holiday Inn Express. And as stated, for the price and the true expectation of the hotel it’s 10/10 and the breakfast is very good. And I must Add the station is so easy to access like 2 mins walk max and you can be in Monaco or Nice no problem. I must say Gabriel at the reception Desk was amazing and very helpfull.

Excellent location only 2mins walk from Beaulieu train station. Plenty of excellent restaurants and lovely tourist activities close by. Large comfortable bed and great having a small quiet fridge in the room. Breakfast and Lobby area lovely. All the staff excellent and helpful.

Great breakfast buffet!

They do a lot right here. First: location could not be better. A block from the train station, 1/2 a block to catch a bus to St J Cap Ferrat or Villefranche or Nice or Monaco... And you're just one block from the pretty shopping street as well as a block from a supermarket. In 30 minutes you can walk from the hotel along the spectcular walkway to Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. Second: the rate was excellent, especially considering it included a good breakfast buffet and afternoon baked goods, coffees, teas. Third: Staff are all super nice from the young Spanish man at reception, the Tunisian girl who answered our questions, the ladies tending to the breakfast area. Fourth: accommodations are decent - bed & bedding good, shower modern and roomy, a safe & bar fridge in the room. Typical in the EU, won't find many Englisn-language stations but some American / British shows have an option to switch to "original language!" We did have an issue our first night with noise from the street. Next morning when we mentioned it, the staff found us a quieter room immediately. All in all we were impressed by the quality of our stay - would definitely stay here again!

Front office staff are so polite and accommodating.The room is clean and comfortable.The property serves a decent breakfast daily and the property is located is such a picturesque,quiet and nice neighbourhood with the train station just 2 mins away.

It was fantastic 6 nights stay! Great location, about 100 meters from the train station and supermarket. Highly recommend! The view from the balcony was gorgeous!

WE LOVED OUR STAY HERE!! The perfect location…a 1 min walk to the train station that connects all the towns of the french riveria. After exploring all the other towns, we all agreed that this was the best location we could’ve booked. If I was to come back I would definitely stay here. Also, the free breakfast was amazing!

This is the most casual and comfortable hotel which means you can visit all the Riviera romps and swim in a range of pretty bays without feeling any ‘chic’ pressure . No poseurs here . A lot of hard working staff and so helpful . It does get crowded - opposite the station but it’s so good to absorb the local atmosphere. And … Yes - that breakfast is excellent / croissant and freshly sourced breads .

For me everything was fine but you need to improve the Wi-Fi the connection in my room was non existent

Lovely refurbished hotel next to the train station. Cute decor in the communal areas. Free breakfast - continental with lots of pastries, meats, cheeses and cereals. Location is pretty and very convenient.

Good stay overall; nice staff and clean environment; room with great view of the sea from the balcony; only drawback was breakfast: no veggies and poor choice of nurturing food; lots of sweets; but appreciated the fresh orange juice :)

This hotel is very conveniently located, everything as described. If you use the hotel for sleep and breakfast, this is a very good option.
