I travel to this are for work most weeks but this was my first time to this venue. The communication was brilliant, not only through the Hotels.com app, but Diana herself sent texts directly to ensure I had what I need to have a simple arrival. A code (on the text) gave access to the building, then the key was in the bedroom door - very quick & simple. The room was very comfortable as was the en-suite. Breakfast was very good & extremely quick, & also meant to stay was excellent VFM Although i didn’t book direct, Diana was really helpful in sorting out a query I had. Delighted to add this to my list of locations I’ll use again!

I stayed in the smallest room in the house as it was the last one available. I'm pretty sure my rating would be higher if I'd had a bigger room. Even so I was happy with my 2 night stay.

Clean and comfortable. The light in the bathroom mirror did not work.

From the very simple "self-service" entry of front door code and key in the room door I was able to sort myself out pretty quickly. The room was nicely prepared and room, shower and facilities all did the job very well. The breakfast the following morning was very generous and provided a good range to choose from. Ideally located for the exhibition centre (5 minutes walk) I would definitely stay there again.

Room exactly as advertised. All I needed was a no frills bed for the night so met my needs exactly and a decent breakfast included in the price

After a long trying journey it was balm to have a friendly welcome. I've been having to travel a lot over the past two years and my room was the most comfortable and thoughtfully decorated that I have stayed in. It had everything I needed without the bane of a plethora of unnecessary cushions, etc. I wish there were more guest houses like this.

Was a lovely room, great staff and breakfast. Was on a slightly busy road so a bit of traffic noise and weather noise through front window. Parking was on the street and the birds seemed to dislike my car to the extent where they covered it with bird poo (and I mean everywhere)

The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The entry code system needs to be better lit as at night i had to use the torch on my phone to see the numbers.

Being a business user I was more than a little disappointed to find out Sunday breakfast was provided after I had to leave for work and with no one present to talk to no alternative could be offered so had no option but to source breakfast elsewhere

Self check in, Very good value. Clean, simply furnished bedroom, bathroom small but adequate for our one-night stay. Close to a variety of restaurants. Excellent breakfast.

I had a problem with the shower but was moved to another room. It was lovely and clean. The staff were lovely. I will stay here again. Breakfast was great.

Diane was very welcoming and helpful breakfast was plentiful lots of choice including gluten free option , room clean, fluffy towels very close to Farnborough Exhibition centre walking distance which was a bonus

We stayed here as it was close to the Farnborough Exhibition Centre, in fact we found a short cut which was a 5 minute walk. The best thing about our stay was the hot and tasty Full English breakfast - highly recommended!

I had such a cozy stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the room had everything I needed to be comfortable for 4 nights. I would absolutely stay here again!
