The room was just amazing I slept so well . I will recommend this hotel with no doubt… for sure that hotel stay on my list . Great job to all the staff

Excellent location, just round the corner from Tottenham Court Station onbthe Elizabeth line which is reliable and less crowed, also has direct access to Heathrow and Excel. Walkable to central London and shops. Tiny room but has a kitchenette and is comfortable and clean

Just great in a great location

Really amazing location in the heart of Soho. The staff is super friendly, got even offered a free glass of wine in the evening. The room is good, comfortable and clean, however could be better soundproof as I could hear everything from the surrounding rooms and corridor.

Hotel location is great. Central to so many placs to visit. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Room was clean and kitchen area nice. The only negative was for the money we paid we would have expected a little more in the room such as dressing gowns and a few essentials in the bathroom ie cotton wool pads, shower cap and face cloths. A couple of biscuits would also have been nice to accompany the coffee.

Very nice hotel with plush carpeting throughout. I loved the Kitchenette in the room that had a Nespresso Coffee ☕️ Maker, Teapot 🫖, Brita Filtered Water on Tap as part of the Sink, Plates and Utensils, and Mini Fridge. Though the property does Not any Breakfast Offering, it was easily to buy food at the market around the corner and have our Breakfast in the mornings. Bathroom was very nice and modern with excellent Toiletries. Only drawback was that the Hair Dryer was locked 🔒 down in the closet and could not be used anywhere else. Have not seen any other 4 Star Hotel so afraid of having their Hair Blowers stolen. Another Con was that the Standard Double Rooms are extremely small with only enough room to walk narrowly around the bed. Reminded me of that game where there's only one empty slot and you have to move things around to get where you're going. I did see pictures of larger more expensive rooms that seemed fine. Just be aware, Room 200 is extremely small. But the property has a great location, right in the middle of Soho with dozens of restaurants, bars, and shopping 🛍 at your door step. Front Desk staff was extremely helpful in providing recommendations of restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Especially Pablo, he was exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good area, good staff. But air con not working, no upgrade with Expedia status, if there is a bar … it’s hiding. Room very small. But decent price for location.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the staff was so helpful and kind! The location could not be more perfect. A great addition is they have a brita filter for water in every room!

Location: excellent, for transportation. Walk a 100 yards to Elizabeth Line. (straight form Heathrow Airport 51 min.) Friendly staff, aims to please guests. Especially management. Efficient design, Brita water dispenser, Nesspresso machine, small kitchenet. Bathroom, new! Clean. Good deal for the $ SoHo area; too many bars around, however, the room was quiet.
